Abstract

The Cikatuncar Village area, which is located in Kotabaru Village, Cibeureum District, was confirmed as one of the centers of Sundanese traditional food, Opak by the Tasikmalaya Cooperative and MSME, Industry and Trade Office. However, the fact is that the innovations that are owned by the producers are quite minimal in terms of product types and packaging, besides that there are several sales of MSMEs that are dim so that an active effort is needed to help these businesses. One way that can be done is to increase their competitiveness through product innovation. Product innovation that will be carried out in this community services is by developing product through product diversification and also improving the quality of packaging. These product innovations are expected to modernize traditional products so that traditional foods are able to adapt to people's tastes and also expand the existing market, which is expected to boost their income and also increase the income of the surrounding community because some people work for these traditional food producers. The result of this community services is that, our MSME partner produces product and packaging innovations that have never been done before, the response from consumers is very positive, even product and packaging innovations carried out in this community services will continue to be carried out because of the consumer demand that they have.

Abstract

This research to determine and analyst, the conflict of works, work stress, satisfaction and the performance of the employees on lotte mart tasikmalaya, the   direct effect nor indirect of the conflict of works, work stress, satisfaction and the performance of the employees on lotte mart tasikmalaya. The research method that used in this study is census method. The study population is employees of lotte mart with amount 157 peoples. Technique of sample data on this research using total sampling technique which is all employees become sample data with amount 157 peoples. The data analyst technique using path analysis. The result of this research showed that the conflict of works, work stress, and work satisfaction significantly influenced partially and simultaneously to the performance of the employees on lotte mart tasikmalaya.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how profitability, debt policy, dividend policy firm value and to analyze the effect of profitability, debt policy and dividend policy on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 – 2019 either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method. The research sample is 26 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015 – 2019. The research data used is secondary data, namely the company's annual financial report data which is analyzed by panel data regression. The results show that partially profitability, debt policy and dividend policy have a positive effect on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015 - 2019 period. Meanwhile, simultaneously profitability, debt policy and dividend policy affect the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Indonesia Securities Period 2015 – 2019.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously or partially on the Organizational Commitment of the Karangjaladri Village Farmer Group. Where farmers are lazy to farm and cannot carry out the program that has been prepared by the farmer group management, because it is recorded that an area of 105 hectares of rice fields is often traversed by tides which cause many farmers to experience crop failure. So that the land is now abandoned/unused and the farmers suffer losses and cannot keep their commitment to managing their fields. The number of population and samples that will be used as research objects are members of the Karangjaladri Village Farmer Group, which are 42 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis, correlation, and determination. The results showed that there was a significant effect either simultaneously or partially between work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in the Karangjaladri Village Farmers Group. The greatest influence is found in the variable job satisfaction on organizational commitment.

Abstract

Pengendalian keuangan merupakan bagian yang sangat penting untuk sebuah usaha termasuk UMKM. Proses pengendalian keuangan UMKM tidak bisa dilakukan menggunakan teknologi atau mesin tetapi pada era ini teknologi dapat membantu dan memudahkan proses ketercapaian pengendalian yang efektif dan efisien. Misalnya pada penggunaan teknlogi untuk mencatat sebuah transaksi. Penggunaan buku sebagai catatan keuangan bukanlah hal yang tidak baik tetapi dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini sudah sangatlah pesat, terlebih dengan digaungkannya Era Revousi Industri 4.0 yang erat kaitannya dengan istilah Transformasi Digital sehingga menuntut pelaku sektor UMKM untuk dapat beradaptasi terhadap perkembangan tersebut agar dapat memperkuat eksistensinya. Penyusunan laporan keuangan dan pengendalian berbasis Internet Financial Report (IFR) sangat berguna untuk mendapatkan informasi dan menerapkan strategi dengan tepat untuk mempertahankan eksistensinya dalam menjalankan usaha UMKM di era sekarang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk upaya pengendalian UMKM khususnya Coffee By Karsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pemahaman manajemen keuangan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini UMKM Cofee By Karsa lebih mampu mengendalikan keuangannya dan lebih terstruktur dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan karena dimudahkan dengan penggunaan teknologi berbasis Internet Financial Report (IFR)

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  adalah  untuk  menganalisis  pengaruh financial knowledge, dan financial attitude terhadap financial behavior pada Usaha  Mikro  Kecil  dan  Menengah  Bordir di Kota Tasikmalaya.  Penelitian  ini  dilaksanakan  dengan  metode  deskriptif  dan kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 UMKM Bordir di Kota Tasikmalaya dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, secara parsial financial knowledge dan financial attitude memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial behavior. Dan secara simultan financial knowledge dan financial attitude berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial behavior dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.532 atau 53.2%. Artinya UMKM Bordir di Kota Tasikmalaya perlu meningkatkan financial knowledge dan financial attitude untuk dapat meningkatkan financial behavior.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin tinggi didukung dengan system digitalisasi yang semakin marak menuntut para UMKM untuk terus meningkatkan kualitasnya dengan memanfaatkan system digitalisasi yang ada. Apabila system digitalisasi tidak dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik maka potensi bisnis tidak dapat dioptimalkan. Melalui pengabdian ini diharapkan UMKM dapat meningkatkan pemahamannya mengenai digital marketing strategy guna meningkatkan pendapatan yang dimiliki.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, public organizations such as the Manpower Office of Tasikmalaya City face complex challenges. Effective human resource (HR) management is key to achieving organizational goals and providing the best possible service. Employee commitment, which is influenced by leadership and organizational climate, is an important factor in achieving this. This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational climate on employee commitment in the Manpower Office of Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey data collection technique through questionnaires to 45 employees. The data was analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results of the study show that leadership and organizational climate have a significant simultaneous and partial influence on employee commitment. This means that good leadership and organizational climate can increase employee commitment. This research provides important implications for the Manpower Office of Tasikmalaya City in increasing employee commitment through effective leadership and organizational climate. This can contribute to improving performance and achieving organizational goals.
