Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, family support, and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial success of students participating in the UPA PKKM program at Siliwangi University. This study used a survey method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique was carried out using probability sampling through a stratified random sampling method, with a total of 170 students as respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that self-efficacy, family support, and entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on student entrepreneurial success, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that increased student self-confidence, family support, and the quality of entrepreneurship education play an important role in encouraging business success. This research is expected to become a basis for developing more effective entrepreneurship programs in higher education

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in economics. The purpose of this study is to determine how the application of the Talking Stick cooperative learning model assisted by animation video media improves student learning outcomes compared to conventional learning models with lectures. The method used is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method using a nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study was all 176 students of class XI of SMAN 5 Tasikmalaya who took economics as their major. The research sample used was class XI-9 as the experimental class and XI-11 as the control class determined through a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. The results showed that there was a difference in learning outcomes between the experimental class and the control class. This can be seen from the results of the pretest and posttest as well as data analysis using SPSS Statistic 26.0 Software. The N-Gain value in the experimental class was 0.71 with a high category, while in the control class it was 0.48 with a medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the talking stick cooperative learning model, supported by animated video media, is more effective in improving student learning outcomes in Economics in grade XI of SMAN 5 Tasikmalaya.
