Abstract

Humans which are physically and mentally health is a valuable asset to the country's resources . Therefore, a healthy human being is an investment in the state. State is obliged to maintain the health of its citizens, and citizens are entitled to health assuredness. To ensure people's access to health services, since 1998 the Government has implemented a range of health maintenance effort, one of them was through the Community Health Insurance Program. Since the commencement of the program, theres a news about the general phenomenon related to the participants of JAMKESNAS public service, such as a convoluted rules, the behavior of individual officers who sometimes unfriendly in serving the public, and also minimum performance of employees in providing services. This study was conducted to determine how the JAMKESMAS services, and how the public perception about the service. This study was conducted in 2012 in PHC II Baturaden, Banyumas, Purwokerto, Central Java. The study was conducted using qualitative methods. Results showed that although the complaint is found in such things as: doctors who lack empathy unwillingly listen to patient complaints, and less attention, but public services in health centers II Baturaden generally received good appreciation from the public. This is partly due to the program in addition to this JAMKESNAS really do without the levy, also a paramedic background according to their competence, health centers and business managerial competence.   Manusia yang secara fisik dan mental sehat merupakan aset berharga bagi sumber daya negara. Oleh karena itu, manusia yang sehat merupakan investasi negara. Negara berkewajiban untuk menjaga kesehatan warganya, dan warga berhak atas keyakinan kesehatan. Untuk menjamin akses masyarakat terhadap pelayanan kesehatan. Sejak tahun 1998 Pemerintah telah melaksanakan berbagai upaya pemeliharaan kesehatan, salah satunya adalah melalui Program Jaminan Kesehatan Masyarakat. Sejak dimulainya program ini, ada berita tentang fenomena umum yang berkaitan dengan peserta dari pelayanan publik Jamkesmas, seperti aturan berbelit-belit, perilaku petugas perorangan yang kadang-kadang tidak ramah dalam melayani masyarakat, dan juga kinerja minimum karyawan dalam memberikan layanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana layanan Jamkesmas, dan bagaimana persepsi masyarakat tentang layanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2012 di Puskesmas II Baturaden, Banyumas, Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun keluhan ditemukan dalam hal-hal seperti: dokter yang tidak memiliki empati enggan mendengarkan keluhan pasien, dan kurang perhatian, tetapi pelayanan publik di Puskesmas II Baturaden umumnya mendapat apresiasi yang baik dari masyarakat. Hal ini sebagian karena program ini selain Jamkesmas ini benar-benar tanpa pungutan, juga latar belakang paramedis sesuai dengan kompetensi, pusat-pusat kesehatan dan kompetensi manajerial bisnis.

Abstract

The improvement of rural community welfare is not solely dependent on successful agricultural development but can also be driven by the potential and uniqueness of natural and cultural tourism within rural communities. Thus, it is essential to study cultural and religious tourism villages that can be developed to enhance rural community welfare. This research was conducted in Kalisalak Village, Kebasen District, Banyumas Regency, which serves as a cultural and religious tourism village. The research utilized a case study approach to construct factual realities by collecting data through direct observation, interviews, and focus group discussions. The analysis involved data reduction, confirmation, and triangulation. The findings indicate that the Curug Song and Telaga Anteng tourist sites have the potential to be developed into eco-tourism attractions, maintaining their natural beauty and environmental preservation. The historical site and sacred keris bathing sites offer the potential for educational tourism, providing historical literacy, philosophy, and the preservation of local wisdom, which is passed down across generations to foster harmony, peace, solidarity, and wisdom. These two tourism potentials can be developed through community empowerment programs designed to manage and sustain eco-tourism and educational tourism that is green, environmentally friendly, and sustainable.

Abstract

The research aims to analyse and design a socio-economic institutional empowerment programme in a unique and attractive religious tourism village based on local wisdom.  The study used the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method in a tourist village that is unique as a religious and natural tourism destination in Banyumas Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. Data collection through dialogue, observation, documentation, and focus group discussions. Data was analyzed in a participatory, and  research informants were determined by purposive sampling of stakeholders in the tourism village. The research results showed that  potential of the tourism village is very large and has met the criteria of something to see in the form of flowing rivers as well as beautiful and natural hills, something to do with ritual events as a religious destination, and something to buy, namely food and beverage products that are distinctive, unique and interesting. Reference for further studies using a constructivist paradigm through deeper ethnographic and symbolic interaction research methods. Practical implications can be used as a location for community service, practicum, internships, practical work, and real work lectures for students and lecturers on the development of religious tourism villages and productive tourism villages. Research novelty namely construct a religious tourism village that has distinctive, unique, and interesting characteristics and previously and empowerment programs for the development of socio-economic institutions for local communities. The hope is that it can become a recommendation for the formulation of public and social policies to develop a religious tourism village based on local wisdom.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Lembaga Masyarakat Desa Hutan (LMDH) Argo Mulyo Desa Tambi, Kecamatan Kejajar, Kabupaten Wonosobo adalah belum memadainya alat bantu pengolah bambu cendani sehingga berakibat pada kurang maksimalnya anggota KTH dalam memproduksi bambu cendani dan pada gilirannya berdampak kurang optimalnya   produksi dan pemasaran bambu cendani. Tujuan diselenggarakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada tahun kedua ini  adalah menyediakan mesin pengolah bambu cendani sekaligus memberikan ketrampilan bagi anggota KTH baik pria maupun wanita pada LMDH Argo Mulyo  dalam  menggunakan mesin pengolah bambu cendani  dengan tujuan mengoptimalkan produksi dan pemasaran bambu cendani. Kegiatan pelatihan ketrampilan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 19 September 2023     bagi para anggota KTH pada LMDH Argo Mulyo Argo Mulyo, Desa Tambi, Kecamatan Kejajar, Kabupaten Wonosobo dengan mengundang praktisi pengolah bambu cendani. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya ketrampilan dasar bagi para anggota KTH dalam menggunakan mesin pengolah bambu dan membuat produk hasil olahan bambu. Ketrampilan tersebut perlu diasah terus menerus sehingga para anggota KTH mampu menguasai penggunaan mesin pengolah bambu sekaligus trampil dalam membuat produk hasil olahan bambu yang berkualitas.
