Abstract

Layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas ialah suatu layanan yang dibutuhkan kemudian ditentukan oleh profesi layanan kesehatan, dan sekaligus diinginkan oleh pasien maupun masyarakat. Kepuasan pasien ialah indikator pertama dari standar pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan suatu ukuran mutu pelayanan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis library research / penelitian normatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang mana peneliti mengambil datanya dari data-data sekunder dengan melihat referensi terdahulu dari berbagai sumber seperti jurnal dan artikel resmi lainnya. Analisis data menggunakan metode deduktif yaitu dengan melakukan penafsiran dan analisis terhadap sumber-sumber data yang diperoleh yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan mutu pelayanan kesehatan antara pasien BPJS Kesehatan dengan pasien Non BPJS (Mandiri) di Kota Medan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara tingkat kepuasan pasien BPJS dan pasien umum mengenai kualitas pelayanan kesehatan.

Abstract

Bogor Botanical Garden (KRB) was a good habitat for birds. Based on KRB’s data of bird, there was an opportunity for KRB to develop birdwatching tourism. Birdwatching completed by interpretation can increase visitor awareness of the importance of conserving natural resources.The aim of research was to develop birdwatching interpretation trail. The research method were the count point method of Indices Ponctuelsd'Abondance (IPA) and line transect method. The interpretation trail map was developed by overlaying the bird's encounter point with the KRB mapusing Arc Software GIS 10.0. The result of this research were 33 bird species that have potential for birdwatching activity. The designedinterpretation trail were the track of water bird, rare bird, and endemic bird sighting.Keywords: birdwatching, Bogor Botanical Garden, interpertation trail

Abstract

Generally, hypertension occurs in the elderly, but some observations prove that hypertension can grow since adolescence and its prevalence increases over a certain period of time. The causes of hypertension, including unhealthy lifestyles, environment, education, and the lack of public insight regarding the management of hypertension sufferers. The target of this service is the Labu Baru Beach community, the procedures carried out by community service are surveys and advocacy. The survey was conducted to determine the indicators of public knowledge of Labu Baru Beach about Hypertension. Advocacy is carried out in three stages, namely: 1) Providing information about hypertension problems that occur. 2) Make joint efforts to solve the problem of hypertension for the community by involving the village head, village secretary, village officials, village midwives and village cadres to provide or explain hypertension. 3) Socialization of hypertension to mothers or the local community. 4) Insight about hypertension to the local community.
