Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of human resource management on employee performance at the North Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency, the influence of organizational culture on employee work quality at the North Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency, and human resource management and organizational culture on employee work quality at the North Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency. The population in this study was all 167 employees of the North Sumatra Provincial Revenue Agency, and using the Slovin formula, a sample of 63 individuals was selected. Based on the results, it was found that human resource management has a positive influence on employee work quality (Y), and organizational culture (X2) has a positive influence on employee work quality (Y). Human resource management (X1) and organizational culture (X2) both influence employee work quality (Y). Therefore, it can be concluded that, together (multiple), there is a positive and significant influence of human resource management and organizational culture on employee work quality..
