Abstract

This article aims to analyze the process of internalizing prophetic entrepreneurship values through school business units, serving as a medium to shape students' entrepreneurial character based on Islamic principles. The study employs a qualitative approach—specifically a case study—focusing on an educational institution that utilizes a school business unit as a platform for entrepreneurial learning. Data collection involved observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving the school principal, teachers, business unit managers, and students. The findings indicate that the internalization of prophetic entrepreneurship values is achieved through the cultivation of an Islamic work culture, hands-on entrepreneurial practice, teacher role-modeling, and the integration of the values of *ṣidq* (honesty), *amanah* (responsibility), *tabligh* (communicativeness), and *fathanah* (intelligence) into business unit activities. The school business unit functions not merely as a venue for business training but also as a means for character education and the development of student leadership. The implementation of these values has proven effective in enhancing students' discipline, independence, work ethic, creativity, and social responsibility within their entrepreneurial activities. This research contributes by strengthening a prophetic value-based entrepreneurship education model applicable in Islamic educational institutions, aiming to cultivate a generation of entrepreneurs who are not only economically competent but also possess strong moral and spiritual integrity.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought about significant changes in educational systems, including leadership patterns and organizational behavior within educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the challenges of educational leadership in the AI era from the perspective of organizational behavior, specifically regarding technology adaptation, organizational culture, communication, decision-making, and human resource readiness. A qualitative approach was employed, utilizing a library research method supported by an analysis of various scholarly articles, books, research reports, and policy documents relevant to educational leadership and digital transformation. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques to identify the leadership patterns, challenges, and strategies emerging in the age of artificial intelligence. The findings indicate that educational leaders face various challenges, such as resistance to technological change, a digital competency gap among educators, shifts in organizational communication patterns, workplace anxiety stemming from automation, and the need for faster, data-driven decision-making. Conversely, AI offers opportunities for leaders to enhance management effectiveness, instructional innovation, and the quality of educational services. This study contributes to the field of educational organizational behavior by offering a conceptual understanding of technology-driven adaptive leadership models capable of fostering an organizational culture that is innovative, collaborative, and responsive to change.
