Abstract

Most research on altruism has not attempted to prove the existence of altruism. However, the problems associated with identifying altruism have not escaped the attention of researchers. An examination of the contribution of altruism studies to the understanding of social behavior, personality. The research method used was observation using 35 samples of crew members from the KM ship at a glance. The results of the research show that the majority of Selayang Pandang Ship Crews behave in altruism, which will improve performance

Abstract

Shipping safety is a must, it is an obligation for everyone to carry it out. And the fulfillment of safety facilities is a must that must be carried out or fulfilled by shipping companies. Shipping safety is inseparable from the people on board, namely the Ship's Crew (ABK), namely people who become the crew of the ship and the Nakoda as its leader. This study aims to prove the relationship between the level of knowledge and the fulfillment of shipping safety facilities. . The study used 5 ships and 61 samples and analyzed using kai squared . The results of the study show that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and the fulfillment of shipping safety facilities.

Abstract

Unsafe conditions can cause chronic work stress that will interfere with the performance of Kabal's subordinates (ABK). Guaranteed occupational safety and health will certainly improve performance which in turn will increase work productivity. The purpose of this research is to prove whether there is an effect of knowledge sharing on shipping safety. The research method was carried out using the analytical survey method. The results show that there is an effect of sharing knowledge on shipping safety with a value of P = 0.00.

Abstract

Pekerjaan las merupakan pekerjaan yang penih dengan resiko, karen berhdapan dengan potensi Bahasa antara lain panas, sinar , api dan setiap saat bisa mengancam jiwa. Karean potensi bahaya yang begitu besar maka fasilitas dan prosedur kesalamatan harus tersedia dan dilksanakan secara optimal. Pnelitian bertuuan untuk menilai fasilitas dan pesepsi pekerja las terhadap fasilitas perusahaan yang terssedia. Metode penelitian menggunkan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crosectional dan observasional. Hasil menunjukan bahwa fasilitas untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan pengelasan, baik peralatan maupun sistem kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja tersedia dengan baik.
