<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality management and competitiveness at TK Al Azhaar Bandung Tulungagung. The researchers employed a single case study method, conducting in-depth interviews with a purposively selected principal and vice principal of curriculum, participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis followed the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The findings reveal that the fulfillment of the eight National Education Standards ranged from good to very good, with graduate competencies, learning processes, and educator qualifications achieving the highest levels. Juran's Quality Trilogy which comprises quality planning, control, and improvement simultaneously operated simultaneously, thereby forming a continuous improvement cycle. Moreover, weekly quality evaluations fostered a reflective and collaborative culture while minimizing resistance among teachers. The integration of a rotating sentra learning model, systematic religious character building, and service innovations led to a 142.9% surge in student enrollment over six years. Furthermore, multilevel Dapodik-based analysis demonstrated the school’s dominant competitiveness at the sub-district, district, and national levels. Consequently, this study offers a novel integration of Juran’s Trilogy, national education standards, and Porter’s Diamond model within a single early childhood education case, presenting an applicable model for quality enhancement in other early childhood education institutions.]]>
