Abstract

This study aimed to determine and to analyze the administrative services of inpatient medical records at Poso General Hospital, referring to the opinion of Haryadi (2009: 6) comprising the activities of receiving, processing, storing, presenting information, and treating or maintaining patient medical records. This research was descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of data collection, it was concluded that in general the activities of receiving, processing, storing, presenting information, and treating or maintaining patient medical records had been implemented in accordance with the provisions. However, there were still delays in the medical records services during inpatients examination by physicians. The problem laid on the not-timely change system of duty medical officers, especially for patients entering at night. Medical records frequently could not be found because the duty medical officers accompanying the physicians did not know where the medical records were kept by the duty medical officers before. Additionally, the problems of low education and employment status of the honorary employees influenced the discipline and work behavior of the duty medical officers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to define and analyze the influence of Intellectual Capital and Institutional Ownership on Company’s value in the Food and Beverage industries in Indonesia stock exchange. Population of the research consists 0f 16 food and beverage industries in Indonesia stock exhange, and its sample is selected through purposive sampling; there are 12 industries that meet the requirements of this study. Data analysis is using multiple  linier regressions. The study finds that :1) capital intellectual and institutional ownership simultaneously have no influence on the value of companies in food and beverage industries in indonesia stock exchane; 2)intellectual capital partially has no influence on the value of companies in food and beverage industries in indonesia stock exchane; (3) Institutional ownership partially has no influence on the value of companies in food and beverage industries in indonesia stock exchane. Determination coefficient (R2) off 0,011 showsthat 1,1 % variable intellectual capital and institutional ownership influence the companies’ values, while 98,8 % by other variables that are not studied

Abstract

Intensitas cahaya pada studio merupakan faktor yang penting dalam menghasilkan kualitas video. Dengan adanya pencahayaan yang sesuai maka proses dalam perekaman video akan menjadi lebih maksimal. Oleh karena itu diperlukan alat pencahayaan yang dapat diatur sesuai dengan kebutuhan intensitas cahaya pada saat perekaman video. Metode penelitian ini yaitu: potensi masalah, pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, pembuatan produk, uji coba produk, revisis produk, dan uji coba akhir. Alat yang kami buat bernama : Penembakan Lampu Dengan Variabel Dioda LED Untuk Mini Studio. Alat ini dibuat untuk dapat mengatur pencahayaan dalam studio. Alat ini bekerja saat dimmer diputar maka akan mempengaruhi besar kecilnya tegangan yg masuk sebagai pengontrol pencahayaan pada lampu.

Abstract

The development of science and technology encourages progress in various fields, especially through academic innovation. In 2010, Andre K. Geim and Konstantin Novoselov won the Nobel for their discovery of graphene; using tape and graphite. Graphen, known as nanotechnology; superior, has conductive, strong and elastic properties, with these superior properties making graphen a material that has great potential for use in construction activities, such as steel wire ropes for bridges. NASA plans a lift to space using graphene; because of his strength. This research analyzes publications from various sources such as Google Scholar, Dimension, and Research Gate, exploring the attributes of graphene and its derivatives to improve the properties of composite cements and future construction. With the same basic properties as Graphene, Graphene oxide (GO) is also able to increase the compressive, tensile and ductility strength of concrete, reduce cracking, provide electrical conductivity, increase corrosion resistance, and improve the workability of the concrete mixture. Although its use in construction has great potential to overcome future construction problems. However, to be able to use graphene in construction activities, it still requires a lot of development and research.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the development of micro, small, and medium enterprises in food processing in North Morowali Regency. This type of research is qualitative, with four selected informants. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data presentation, (4) verification, and (5) conclusion. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in food processing in North Morowali Regency has been going well. (2) There are several supporting factors in the development of MSMEs, namely: (a) government attention to MSME actors, which is manifested through cash assistance, provision of production equipment, and marketing facilities through social media and exhibitions organized by the government; (b) the existence of information technology facilities such as smartphones, Zoom applications, YouTube, Google, and print media, which greatly assist MSME actors in promoting their products. (3) On the other hand, there are several inhibiting factors in the development of MSMEs, including: (a) limited human resources who do not yet have competence in the MSME field; (b) limited business capital; (c) lack of promotional activities; and (d) difficulty in applying for business capital loans at banks.Keywords: Management, MSME and DevelopmentAbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Olahan Pangan di Kabupaten Morowali Utara. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan informan yang dipilih sebanyak empat orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu (1) Pengumpulan data (2) Reduksi Data (3) Penyajian Data (4) Verifikasi (5) Kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil (UMK) olahan pangan di Kabupaten Morowali Utara telah berjalan dengan baik. (2) Terdapat beberapa faktor pendukung dalam pengembangan UMK, yaitu: (a) perhatian pemerintah terhadap pelaku UMK, yang diwujudkan melalui bantuan tunai, penyediaan alat produksi, serta fasilitasi pemasaran melalui media sosial dan pameran-pameran yang diselenggarakan oleh pemerintah; (b) keberadaan fasilitas teknologi informasi seperti telepon pintar, aplikasi Zoom, YouTube, Google, dan media massa cetak yang sangat membantu pelaku UMK dalam mempromosikan produk mereka. (3) Di sisi lain, terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat pengembangan UMK, meliputi: (a) keterbatasan sumber daya manusia yang belum memiliki kompetensi di bidang UMK; (b) keterbatasan modal usaha; (c) kurangnya kegiatan promosi; dan (d) kesulitan pengajuan pinjaman modal usaha di perbankan.Kata Kunci: Manajemen, UMK dan Pengembangan
