Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work life balance, work motivation, and the non-physical work environment on teachers’ job satisfaction at SD Al Falah Darussalam 2 Waru Sidoarjo. Teachers’ job satisfaction is an important aspect to investigate because teachers are the primary human resources in the implementation of educational activities. This study employed a quantitative research approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to teachers. The respondents consisted of all 53 teachers at SD Al Falah Darussalam 2 Waru Sidoarjo, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPDD version 26. The results indicate that, partially, work life balance and work motivation do not have a significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction, whereas the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction. Simultaneously, work life balance, work motivation, and the non physical work environment have significant effect on teachers’ job satisfaction.
