Abstract

This study investigates how financial performance and third party funds (DPK) affect financing disbursement at Sharia People's Economic Banks (BPRS) in Central Java Province from 2016 to 2025. By applying quantitative methods, using secondary data from BPRS financial reports published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK). A purposive sampling approach was used to select all BPRS in Central Java Province for the study population, which includes 25 BPRS. Stata 17 research software was used to perform data processing with panel data regression techniques. The Random Effect Model (REM) was the best estimation model, according to the results of model selection that included the Lagrange multiplier, Chow test, and Hausman. With a determination coefficient of 90.42%, NPF, ROA, and DPK had a significant influence on financing disbursement, while 9.58% was influenced by other variables outside the model. Conversely, NPF and ROA partially did not have a significant influence, while DPK had a significant influence on financing disbursement in the partial test.
