Abstract

Achieving student learning outcomes and building character is the responsibility of educators. motivation Study student is the main thing in develop ability And will Learning to achieve learning targets . Linking learning activities with experiences through innovative teaching culture methods is a primary requirement for teachers to achieve maximum results . Therefore, teachers must always strive to be able to improve innovation in learning methods according to the nature of the material presented to students. Shifting from conventional learning models, in addition to fostering students' motivation to learn, also improves the quality of educators in their professional field. Some efforts that become challenges for teachers in this learning method innovation, such as 1. Creating a planned teaching module design that is understood and mastered by teachers (UbD). 2. Using technological media to support activities such as infocus. 3. Adapting the media used according to the nature of the subject matter such as PPT Canva, attractive LKPD. 4. Designing an organized assessment with observation, formative and summative assessment. 5. Conducting self-reflection at the end of each learning topic activity. In an effort to improve the quality of education, a teacher must be dynamic and responsive to social changes in order to meet students' needs in developing social, spiritual attitudes, knowledge and skills.
