Abstract

This community service program aimed to empower micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Palasari Hilir Village, Parungkuda District, Sukabumi Regency through digital transformation, business legality strengthening, and simple financial management. The program targeted three MSME groups, namely Renggining and Rengginang Ciputat, light snacks and wet cakes Cibugis, and Rasa Kurata Cioray, using a participatory community-based approach carried out from July to August 2026. Activities included business observation and data collection, assistance with Business Identification Number (NIB) and halal certification, product branding and Google Maps registration, e-commerce development, and simple bookkeeping training. Results show that the MSMEs obtained official business legality through NIB, gained stronger product identity through logos and brands, became more visible on digital platforms through Google Maps and e-commerce, and were able to record their business cash flow in a more structured manner. These outcomes indicate that integrated assistance in legality, digitalization, and financial recording can enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of rural MSMEs.
