<![CDATA[Implementation and Monitoring Land Use Permit Allotment for Development in the city of Bogor is to regulate the activities of land transition occurred in the city of Bogor. Therefore, this article will explain how to change the soil in the implementation of the Basic Building coefficient (KDB) and coefficient Building (KLB) in Bogor City Special construction Amaroossa Hotel? and How the construction of hotels in Bogor with consideration land use? Writing method using descriptive empirical laws. The results of the implementation and monitoring of land use designation permits in the city of Bogor is already done, but still a lot of ground breaking transition designation permits the use of land and it is influenced by changes in land that is not in accordance with applicable local regulations. Transfer of rights to land can be done through the purchase, exchange, grant, gift with a will, according to the customs administration and other acts that are intended to move the property. Changes in land use may occur in a systematic and non-systematic. Systematic changes occurred with marked by recurrent phenomenon, namely the type of land-use change at the same location. With establishment Hotels in controlling the utilization of space one of the instruments used is the allotment of land use permit (IPPT). With this permission entire land use changes are required to obtain permission from the government without exception. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini berjudul Upaya Peningkatan Kepatuhan Pajak Melalui Pengelolaan Pencatatan Pembayaran Pajak Penghasilan.(Study Kasus Pada Koperasi Di Kota Bogor). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi pembayaran Pajak Penghasilan, pencatatan Pajak yang dilakukan dan pelaporan pajak Koperasi di Kota Bogor sebagai upaya peningkatan kepatuhan pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wajib pajak Koperasi yang berada di Wilayah Kota Bogor.Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada responden untuk ditanggapi, wawancara langsung dan dengan data sekunder melalui kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM di Bogor. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskritif kualitatif untuk melihat bagaimana kondisi Koperasi di Kota Bogor terkait kepatuhan kewajiban perpajakannya sehingga dapat diketahui kelemahan dan kelebihan pengelolaan pencatatan pembayaran pajak penghasilan.Hasil penelitian dalam bentuk grafik, yang menunjukkan kondisi pembayaran pajak yang dilakukan oleh responden. Informasi diperoleh dari petugas pajak, perihal wajib pajak telah membayar pajak tepat waktu, wajib pajak mengetahui akan tarif pajak dan cara perhitungannya. Akhirnya diambil kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui wawancara dan kuesioner, dapat dilihat bahwa sebagian besar koperasi telah melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakan.Koperasi di Kota Bogor sangat memahami bahwa kewajiban pajak melekat pada bidang usaha yang dijalankan.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya peningkatan kepatuhan wajib pajak koperasi dapat dilakukan dengan supervisi dari pemerintah dan kalangan akademisi, bahwa kewajiban perpajakan dengan membayar pajak adalah 2 hal yang berbedaKata Kunci : Koperasi, Kepatuhan pajak, Pembayaran PPh, Pencatatan PPh]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini berjudul Upaya Peningkatan Kepatuhan Pajak Melalui Pengelolaan Pencatatan Pembayaran Pajak Penghasilan.(Study Kasus Pada Koperasi Di Kota Bogor). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi pembayaran Pajak Penghasilan, pencatatan Pajak yang dilakukan dan pelaporan pajak Koperasi di Kota Bogor sebagai upaya peningkatan kepatuhan pajak. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wajib pajak Koperasi yang berada di Wilayah Kota Bogor.Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada responden untuk ditanggapi, wawancara langsung dan dengan data sekunder melalui kantor Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM di Bogor. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah convenience sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskritif kualitatif untuk melihat bagaimana kondisi Koperasi di Kota Bogor terkait kepatuhan kewajiban perpajakannya sehingga dapat diketahui kelemahan dan kelebihan pengelolaan pencatatan pembayaran pajak penghasilan.Hasil penelitian dalam bentuk grafik, yang menunjukkan kondisi pembayaran pajak yang dilakukan oleh responden. Informasi diperoleh dari petugas pajak, perihal wajib pajak telah membayar pajak tepat waktu, wajib pajak mengetahui akan tarif pajak dan cara perhitungannya. Akhirnya diambil kesimpulan Berdasarkan hasil penelitian melalui wawancara dan kuesioner, dapat dilihat bahwa sebagian besar koperasi telah melaksanakan kewajiban perpajakan.Koperasi di Kota Bogor sangat memahami bahwa kewajiban pajak melekat pada bidang usaha yang dijalankan. <![CDATA[Profitabilitas merupakan kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan pada periode tertentu dalam kondisi keuangan perusahaan. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi profitabilitas salah satunya adalah Perputaran Modal Kerja, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Leverage. Objek penelitian ini yaitu Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2018 dengan menganalisis laporan tahunan (annual report). Populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh Perusahaan Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi dengan total 41 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 24 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Perputaran Modal Kerja, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Leverage berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Profitabilitas, sedangkan secara parsial Perputaran Modal Kerja dan Leverage berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap Profitabilitas dan Pertumbuhan Penjualan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Profitabilitas.]]>

<![CDATA[Dampak literasi keuangan yang rendah terhadap risiko penggunaan layanan pinjaman online sangatlah signifikan. Perkembangan teknologi layanan teknologi keuangan yang begitu pesat, tidak sejalan dengan tingkat pengetahuan, tabungan, asuransi, dan investasi para penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap dimensi literasi keuangan para pengguna layanan pinjaman online pada kategori usia 19 sampai dengan 34 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer pada pengguna layanan pinjaman online di Kota Bogor. Hasil penelitian menungjukkan bahwa para pengguna layanan pinjaman online memiliki tingkat literasi keuangan yang tergolong tinggi. Sedikit pengguna layanan pinjaman online yang berpenghasilan lebih dari 5 juta rupiah per bulan. Perluasan objek penelitian dan jumlah responden dapat dilakukan pada penelitian serupa dimasa yang akan datang.]]>

<![CDATA[The high tourism visit is a potential that can be utilized to encourage local economic progress, this can be done on condition that the increase in tourism visits must be followed by an increase in the ability of the government and local communities to be able to synergize the tourism potential and the local economy because if not, an increase in tourism visits only adds benefits for tourism business activists who are not local residents so that local residents receive more negative impacts than positive impacts from increased tourism visits. This must be addressed, one of which is the synergy of the tourism potential management program with the local economic program in the local government.]]>

<![CDATA[Performance in government agencies is very important to know how well programs and activities are implemented each year. This research was conducted to measure the performance of government agencies using the Value For Money method at the Bogor City Transportation Service. This research aims to determine the performance of the Bogor City Transportation Department for the 2019-2021 period in terms of three elements, namely; economy, efficiency and effectiveness. The research design with the data used is LAKIP and LRA for the 2019-2021 period with data analysis tools using the VFM method. The research results show that the performance of the Bogor City Transportation Department for the 2019-2021 period of performance measurement is categorized as very good. Based on the VFM method, in terms of the economic level in 2019-2021, it is categorized as very economical, in terms of the efficiency level in 2019-2021, it is categorized as inefficient, in terms of the level of effectiveness of the performance measurement results in 2019-2021, it is categorized as very effective.]]>

<![CDATA[The current top priority for an educational institution is to improve the quality of instruction. The key component in creating sustainable education is this. The effectiveness of lecturers is one factor that impacts educational quality. This study examines the connection between lecturer performance and educational quality at private West Javan universities with a waqf foundation. This study is a quantitative explanatory study. At private West Javan universities with a waqf foundation, 113 lecturers were randomly chosen to participate in the survey. On a scale of 1 to 5, respondents were asked to complete an online questionnaire. The Pearson product-moment correlation test was used to examine the acquired data to determine whether there was a relationship between the variables and how strong that relationship was. The findings revealed that for the variable quality of instruction and teacher performance, the Pearson correlation (r count) was 0.680 with a significance level of 0.000. The estimated value for r, which is 0.176, is higher than the number from the r table. Variables have created a strong and favorable association with one another. Conclusion: The professors perform better when the quality of the education is higher.]]>

<![CDATA[Digital literacy is an important issue today, especially for students. In the work environment, students are required to be fluent in technology, which is the basis of digital literacy skills. The research aims to find out and describe patterns of students' critical thinking and creative thinking abilities in the digital literacy-based Accounting department. The research uses a case study approach through a questionnaire, Google Forms, and semi-structured interviews. The data analysis technique uses thematic analysis techniques. The research results show that there are several components in the form of literature and benefits in digital literacy, as well as activities that demonstrate students' critical thinking and creative thinking skills based on their digital literacy. This research concludes that there are patterns that show that critical thinking skills and creative thinking skills are included in the 8 (eight) components of digital literacy, so these patterns are the novelty in this research. These patterns show a cause-and-effect relationship from having digital literacy skills.]]>
