Abstract

This study aims to determine the Organizational Culture, Career Development, Experience and Work Discipline on the Work Productivity of Civil Servants at the Lahat Regency Civil Service Police Unit. The sampling method used is Incidental sampling. In this study, the research sample was all employees who have the status of civil servants at the Lahat Regency Civil Service Police Unit, totaling 44 people. The instrument validity test used person's product moment correlation, while the reliability test used Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that: 1). There is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on work productivity of t count 2.505 with a significance value of 0.017 <0.05. 2) a positive and significant influence between career development on work productivity with t count 2.369 with a significance value of 0.023 > 0.05. 3) There is a positive and significant effect between experience on work productivity with a t count of 3.214 with a significance value of 0.003 < 0.05. 4) There is a negative and insignificant effect between work discipline on work productivity of t count -1.273 with a significance value of 0.211 > 0.05. 5) There is a significant positive effect between the variables of Organizational Culture, Career Development, Experience and Work Discipline on the Work Productivity of Civil Servants at the Lahat Regency Civil Service Police Unit with a calculated F value of 10.508; a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
