Abstract

Study of farmer institutional development of rice farming with corporate farming system for the development of rice farming in Ogan Ogan Ilir South Sumatra Province. Tidal marsh land has increasingly important and strategic role for the development of agriculture, especially in support of national food security. This is caused by the potential and productivity of land and management technology is already available. Tidal swamp land area that has the potential for agriculture, especially plant in Ogan Ogan Ilir still provided quite extensive rice. The purpose of this paper to determine the potential for institutional development of farmers with corporate farming system. That rice farming tidal ecosystem can still be developed to improve the welfare of farmers, if the farmer institution transformed into institutional corporations (corporate farming). The study shows that institutional development with corporate farming system through business partnerships to increase production, productivity and ensures the creation of farm efficiency. To encourage institutional success with corporate farming system will require collaboration between government, private sector and farmers.

Abstract

The Decision of Farmer Households Doing Land Transfer Function To Fishery at Musi Rawas Regency. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the farmer households in the conversion of wetland into fisheries. Research has been conducted in the month of January to May 2015. The research location is determined by deliberate on the five villages in the district of Musi Rawas Regency (Sukamana, Sri Kemuning, Paduraksa, Air Deras, and Sukarame Village) with the consideration of the sample rice farmers who have done land conversion to the fishery, where there as many as 34 farmers who did land conversion to fisheries. The method used in this study is the survay method and sampling method used was multistage stratified random sampling, by counting areas or locations that the majority of farmers have switched from paddy farming. Data processed by logit analysis. Based on the analysis results obtained factors that influence the decision to switch to farmer households fishery is the income from fishery, number of family and the price of paddy at the farmer’s level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kontribusi hasil produksi sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan & Perikanan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dalam menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan tahun 2014-2018. Ruang lingkup penelitian mencakup 17 kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang didapar dari publikasi BPS Kabupaten dan kota di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kemiskinan terendah terjadi di kota pagaralam dan tingkat kemiskinan tertinggi terjadi di kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Sedangkan, penurunan tingkat kemiskinan terbesar terjadi di kabupaten musi rawas. Hasil regresi didapati secara simultan, kontribusi sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, Perikanan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) mampu mempengaruhi tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi sumatera selatan. Secara parsial, kontribusi sektor Pertanian, Kehutanan, Perikanan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di provinsi sumatera selatan tahun 2014-2018. Keterbatasan pada penelitian ini yaitu hanya terbatas pada variabel hasil produksi sektor pertanian, kehutanan & Perikanan dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) saja serta lingkup wilayah yang diteliti hanya terbatas di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan saja. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini dapat berguna bagi pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan maupun pemerintah kota/kabupaten di Sumatera Selatan dalam rangka menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan di daerahnya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of planning based on the nomenclature of the regional apparatus as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors faced in its application at the Department of Food Crops, Horticulture and Animal Husbandry. This study uses qualitative research methods based on theories/opinions according to experts and the existing literature. The results of the study show that the change in nomenclature based on the Minister of Home Affairs Decree Number 50 of 2020 is in the regional development mission so that the expected effectiveness is significant, but the facts found at the Food Crops, Horticulture and Livestock Service Office of Lahat Regency show the ineffectiveness of planning after the nomenclature change.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the effect of leadership and motivation on work engagement with competence as an intervention variable (a case study of a teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat). This research method uses a quantitative approach. The research respondents were honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat as many as 39 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire on honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. The results of the study showed that leadership has a significant effect on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Motivation has a significant influence on the work engagement of honorary teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Competence has a significant influence on honorary teachers' work engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat. Leadership, Motivation, and Competence have a significant influence jointly on honorary teachers' Work Engagement at SMA Negeri 2 Lahat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze whether the use of information technology affects the quality of financial reports at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency and to find out and analyze whether the competence of human resources affects the quality of financial reports at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach using SEM analysis, namely Lisrel, data collection through questionnaires, interviews to confirm research results, and documentation and data analysis. 1) The results show that the effect of Information Technology Utilization on the quality of Financial Reports is significant, and has a positive influence on the quality of Financial Reports, this means that the higher the Utilization of Information Technology, the higher the quality of Financial Reports, 2) The results show that Competence Human Resources has a significant effect on the quality of Financial Statements, this means that the research hypothesis which states that the higher the Competence of Human Resources, the higher the quality of the Financial Statements is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of leadership, supervision, firmness, punitive sanctions, and allowances on employee discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, either partially or simultaneously. This study used a quantitative research method with respondents namely employees of the office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, totaling 44 employees and Head of the Office of Religious Affairs in Muara Enim Regency, totaling 20 people. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that leadership, supervision, firmness, punitive sanctions, and allowances affect employee discipline at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency both partially and simultaneously. In this study, leadership has the highest influence with a regression coefficient value of 0.257, while the lowest is Punishment with a regression coefficient value of 0.081.

This study uses quantitative research methods with respondents, namely employees of the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, totaling 41 respondents. Tests in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the tools of the SPSS (Special Package and Service Solution) version 26 program. The results of the research show that Education, Training, Personality, and Years of Service have proven to have a significant effect on the competence of employees at the Regional Development Planning Board of Pagar Alam City, both partially and simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the application of religious values and work culture as well as strategies for implementing religious values in the work culture of the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Muara Enim Regency. Types of qualitative research. Analytical descriptive, data collection through documentation, observation and interviews with 10 key informants, namely civil servants who understand and master what will be studied, are easy to find and are willing to share information. Data analysis techniques use the stages of condensing data, presenting data, making and verifying conclusions. To obtain in-depth information and get a complete picture of religious values in the work culture of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency, 8W+ 1H+1I analysis was also used; Input-Process-Output-Outcome-Benefit and SWOT Analysis The research results obtained 1. The implementation of religious values at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency has not been implemented optimally from the aspects of work discipline, cooperation, the principle of division of tasks and ukhuwah Islamiyah. 2. The implementation of work culture at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency has not been carried out optimally from the aspects of integrity, professionalism, responsibility and exemplary. 3. The strategy for implementing religious values in the work culture of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency is using the SO strategy in which researchers combine various strengths with opportunities owned by the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency
