Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated digital transformation in education and encouraged the integration of technology as an essential component of the learning process. This study aims to analyze technology-based learning in the post-COVID-19 era by identifying its opportunities, challenges, and strengthening strategies within the education system. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using library research. Data were collected from relevant scientific literature, including books, research articles, and academic documents published over the last five years. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that technology-based learning offers several opportunities, including increased learning flexibility, broader access to learning resources, strengthened digital competencies, and enhanced instructional innovation. However, its implementation still faces challenges related to human resource readiness, digital literacy, the quality of learning interactions, and sustainable learning management. Therefore, strengthening digital competencies and developing adaptive learning strategies are necessary to support a more modern and inclusive educational transformation.

Abstract

Student well-being has become an important determinant of academic success in higher education by influencing students' psychological health, engagement, resilience, and learning experiences. This study examines the relationship between student well-being and academic success through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA 2020 framework. Studies published over the last five years were systematically collected from major academic databases and analyzed using thematic analysis. The findings indicate that positive student well-being contributes to improved academic achievement, stronger engagement, greater resilience, and higher learning satisfaction. Social support, institutional support, and supportive learning environments further strengthen students' psychological well-being and educational success. However, academic stress, burnout, anxiety, and mental health challenges continue to affect students' learning experiences. The study concludes that promoting student well-being is essential for improving academic success and fostering sustainable educational development in higher education.

Abstract

Digital transformation has created significant opportunities to improve the quality and accessibility of education while also generating challenges related to the digital divide that may reinforce educational inequalities. This article aims to analyze the phenomenon of the digital divide in education and identify strategies for achieving equitable education access in the digital transformation era. This study employed a literature review method by analyzing scientific publications and international institutional reports published over the last five years. The findings indicate that the digital divide in education is a multidimensional issue involving disparities in digital infrastructure, technological devices, digital competencies, technology utilization, and learning outcomes. Addressing these challenges requires a comprehensive approach through strengthening digital infrastructure, improving educators' and students' digital competencies, enhancing digital literacy, providing quality digital learning resources, and implementing inclusive educational policies. Digital transformation in education should not merely focus on increasing technology adoption but must prioritize the development of an equitable, sustainable, and inclusive education system that ensures equal learning opportunities for all students. Therefore, digital equity becomes a fundamental principle in achieving meaningful educational transformation in the contemporary digital era.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital platform economies has transformed contemporary economic systems by reshaping labor participation, market coordination, and digitally mediated economic activities. Platform-based systems such as gig economy applications, online labor platforms, and digital marketplaces increasingly function as central infrastructures within modern digital economies. The findings indicate that platform economies contribute positively to economic transformation by increasing market accessibility, labor flexibility, digital connectivity, and participation within online economic ecosystems. However, the review also reveals significant governance and socio-economic challenges associated with platform-based systems, including labor precarity, algorithmic management, platform dependency, market concentration, and unequal economic participation. In addition, governance systems frequently struggle to adapt to rapidly evolving digital platform environments characterized by cross-border operations and data-driven coordination mechanisms. The study concludes that sustainable platform economies require adaptive governance frameworks capable of balancing technological innovation, labor protection, market fairness, and inclusive economic participation within digitally mediated economic systems.
