Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic accelerated digital transformation in education and encouraged the integration of technology as an essential component of the learning process. This study aims to analyze technology-based learning in the post-COVID-19 era by identifying its opportunities, challenges, and strengthening strategies within the education system. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using library research. Data were collected from relevant scientific literature, including books, research articles, and academic documents published over the last five years. The data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that technology-based learning offers several opportunities, including increased learning flexibility, broader access to learning resources, strengthened digital competencies, and enhanced instructional innovation. However, its implementation still faces challenges related to human resource readiness, digital literacy, the quality of learning interactions, and sustainable learning management. Therefore, strengthening digital competencies and developing adaptive learning strategies are necessary to support a more modern and inclusive educational transformation.

Abstract

Digital transformation in education requires teachers and students to possess digital literacy as a fundamental competence in responding to changes in learning environments. Digital literacy is not limited to the ability to operate technological devices but also includes the ability to access, evaluate, manage, and utilize digital information critically, ethically, and responsibly. This article aims to analyze the role of teachers’ and students’ digital literacy in supporting learning quality improvement in the digital era. This study employed a library research method by examining scientific literature published over the last five years related to digital literacy, teachers’ digital competence, and technology-based learning. The findings indicate that teachers’ digital competence plays an essential role in integrating technology pedagogically, while students’ digital literacy supports independent learning, critical thinking skills, and productive technology utilization. However, the implementation of digital literacy still faces several challenges, including competency gaps, human resource readiness, and the need to strengthen digital culture within educational environments. Therefore, sustainable strategies are required through teacher competency development, digital literacy integration into learning processes, and systematic educational policy support.

Abstract

School digital transformation in the era of Society 5.0 has become a strategic necessity for developing an educational system that is adaptive to technological advancement and changing societal needs. This study aims to analyze school digital transformation from the perspective of Society 5.0 by examining shifts in educational paradigms, learning transformation, human resource competency development, implementation challenges, and development strategies. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach using library research. Research data were obtained from scientific articles, books, reports of international institutions, and policy documents published in the last five years. Data were analyzed using content analysis to produce a comprehensive conceptual synthesis. The findings indicate that school digital transformation extends beyond technological digitalization and encompasses changes in learning processes, leadership, governance, and organizational culture. The success of digital transformation requires strengthening digital infrastructure, improving digital competencies, fostering adaptive leadership, and promoting stakeholder collaboration to establish innovative, inclusive, and sustainable education in the era of Society 5.0.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital technologies has accelerated the development of digital innovation ecosystems that increasingly influence sustainable economic transformation within contemporary digital economies. Digital innovation ecosystems facilitate collaborative innovation, ecosystem integration, technological coordination, and knowledge exchange among interconnected actors operating within digitally mediated environments. The findings indicate that digital innovation ecosystems contribute positively to sustainable economic development by strengthening innovation capability, collaborative integration, digital competitiveness, and ecosystem resilience. In addition, ecosystem-based innovation supports sustainable entrepreneurship, technological modernization, and long-term economic transformation through coordinated innovation systems and collaborative value creation. However, the review also identifies significant governance and ecosystem challenges affecting innovation sustainability, including weak coordination mechanisms, unequal digital capability, fragmented institutional integration, and ecosystem readiness disparities.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important factor in modern economic development in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study aims to analyze the role of digital transformation in supporting sustainable economic development using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Research data were obtained from various scientific articles indexed by Google Scholar published over the last five years. The analysis process was carried out through the identification, selection, evaluation, and synthesis of literature related to digital transformation, digital economy, and sustainability economy. The results show that digital transformation has a significant contribution to improving economic efficiency, productivity, innovation, and competitiveness through the utilization of digital technology. In addition, digitalization also supports sustainable economic development through optimizing resource utilization, reducing operational costs, and improving the quality of economic services. However, the implementation of digital transformation still faces challenges such as limited digital infrastructure, low technological literacy, and unequal digital access. Therefore, policy support and technology capacity development are needed to strengthen sustainability economy in the modern economic era.
