Abstract

The visiting scope for pregnancy woman can be percentage with using indicator performance K1 and K4. Wolio health center have pregnancy check up scope in 2017 wes low, compane with pregnancy check up scope in 2016 was high. The purpose of this research is to know the related factor with pregnancy check up scope in working area wolio association public health of Baubau City. The kind of research that using is quantitative cross sectional approachment. With 122 population of people that do pregnancy check up in working area of wolio health center of baubau town in 2018. The sample in this research taken by total sampling method. The data collection by primer data with quisioner and do direct observation and secondary data. Tabulation of data analysis with SPSS with chi-square (α=0,05) test. The result of research show that there are related between quality of pregnancy check up (p value = 0,002 < 0,05), distance between home and health fasilitation (p value = 0,011 < 0,05), the support of family (p value = 0,005 < 0,05) pregnancy check up scope in wolio health center of Baubau town. The conclusion of this research tell that the quality of pregnancy check up, the distance between home to health facilitation and family support have close relation ship with pregnancy check up scope. The sugestion to health center side is to be desirable that increase the approachment and cooperation with the society.

Abstract

Measles, or known in Indonesian as measles, and Rubella, are two infectious diseases that are contagious. Data for 2018 MR immunization coverage until the end of november only reaches (73.7%) and Measles Immunization trends tend to fluctuate in Bukit Wolio Indah Kelurahan. This happens because of various factors namely mother's knowledge, attitudes, and family support which have been formulated as the reason of the many factors. This study aims to determine how the relationship of knowledge, attitudes, and family support to the interest of MR immunization in the Bukit Wolio Indah Village, Baubau City. This type of research is analytical survey with cross sectional approach, and uses simple random sampling technique. The number of samples in the study were 70 respondents. The analysis used was univariate and bivariate analysis at 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). Chi square test results obtained from the study that knowledge of MR immunization interests (ρ = 0.005), attitudes with MR immunization interests (ρ = 0.004), and family support with MR immunization interests (ρ = 0.273). The conclusion from this study there is no relationship on the family support variable, and there is a relationship on the attitude and knowledge variables with the interest of MR immunization in Bukit Wolio Indah Village, Baubau City. Suggestions that health practitioners can better socialize to the public about the benefits of MR immunization.

Abstract

There were 344 cases of stunting under five at the Pasarwajo Health Center, Pasarwajo Village, Buton Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Stunting in Pasarwajo Village is ranked 2nd out of 10 Villages in Pasarwajo District with a total of 46 cases in 2021. Stunting is a result of stunted growth processes. Stunting is still a nutritional problem that needs attention. The problem of stunting is directly influenced by exclusive breastfeeding which is related to the child's nutrition and nutritional intake, as well as basic weaknesses related to the child's immunity to a disease. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and basic immunization with the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 9-59 months in Pasarwajo Village, Buton Regency. This research method is a quantitative research with a cross sectional study approach. The total population is 325 toddlers with toddlers' mothers as respondents. Sampling using probability random sampling technique, obtained a sample of 78 toddlers. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding (ρ-0.004 <0.05) and the incidence of stunting in the Pasarwajo sub-district, Buton Regency, and there is a relationship between basic deprivation (ρ-0.009 <0.05) and the incidence of stunting in the Pasarwajo sub-district, Kabupaten Buton. The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and basic activating with the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 9-59 months in Pasarwajo Village, Buton Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how Village Fund management is carried out in Basseang Village, Lembang District, Pinrang Regency, and to what extent it contributes to increasing community empowerment. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Informants in this study consisted of village officials, the Village Consultative Body (BPD), community leaders, and Village Fund beneficiaries. The results showed that Village Fund management in Basseang Village still focuses on physical development, while community empowerment programs have not received adequate attention. Community participation in program planning and implementation is still low, and supervision of the use of the Village Fund has not been optimal. The empowerment programs that have been carried out, such as skills training and small business assistance, are still limited and have not had a significant impact on increasing the economic independence of the community. In conclusion, the management of the Village Fund in Basseang Village has not fully supported community empowerment efforts as a whole. Therefore, it is necessary to increase community participation, program planning that is more oriented to local needs, and strengthen the capacity of village officials and community institutions so that the Village Fund truly becomes a tool for social transformation.
