This research was conducted with the purpose of analyzing the bureaucrat working motivation on People Welfare Division and Region Secretariat Society Parigi Moutong Region and the barrier factors. This research was a qualitative descriptive research that using Abraham Maslow needs hierarchy theory. The phenomena observed was physical needs, safety needs, social needs, reward and self-actualization needs. The informants of the research were the staffs on Social and Welfare Division who worked for many years and also the other officers with senior degree. The data used was the primary data which directly obtained from the informants that then was compared to secondary data with the technique of data collection done through interview, observation and documentation. Next, the data analysis done in the stage of data reduction, data display and drawing conclusion. The research result found that there was a difference between ideal value and the fact in the field so that it was concluded that seen from physical needs part then the income obtained was not very appropriate if faced by the recent life needs; safety needs was not ful, filled because the minimum facilities; social needs was not fulfilled caused by the officer interaction did not run well as well as the reward and self-actualization needs.

Abstract The selection of varied learning media is a challenge for teachers to be more skilled in the learning process. Teachers understand and master various learning media so that the learning process is fun. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of the dry lab in science learning to increase students interest at MIN 16 West Aceh. This research is a field study with an experimental method. The research instrument consisted of a questionnaire, observation and interviews. The sample is consisted of 25 students in the control class and 25 student in the experimental class. The result showed that the dry lab was used as a medium to carry out virtual practice due to limited materials,the dry lab was very useful and considered good for increasing student interest in learning science at MIN 16 West Aceh. Keywords: Dry Lab, Science learning process, interest to learn Abstrak Pemilihan media pembelajaran yang berfariasi menjadi tantangan bagi guru untuk bisa lebih terampil dalam proses pembelajaran. Guru memahami dan menguasai berbagai media pembelajaran agar proses pembelajaran menyenangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pemanfaatan Dry Lab dalam pembelajaran IPA untuk meningkatkan minat belajar IPA siswa. MIN 16 Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan metode eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari angket, lembar observasi dan wawancara. Sampel dalam penelitian terdiri dari 25 siswa di kelas control dan 25 siswa di kelas eksperimen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dry lab dimanfaatkan sebagai media untuk melaksanakan praktek secara virtual dikarenakan keterbatasan bahan, dry lab sangat berguna dan dinilai baik untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA MIN 16 Aceh Barat. The aim of this research is to estimate the average price of premium-quality rice at the mill level until August 2025. From October to November 2023, the study in Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency, analyzed the price of premium quality rice at the milling level using BPS secondary data. We employed a quantitative descriptive analysis, leveraging time series analysis to uncover trends and forecast future rice prices. Time series data, which tracks changes over time in variables such as production, prices, and sales, helps identify trends, constants, or seasonal patterns. Since the price of premium rice at the milling level consistently increased from January 2022 to August 2023, we classify this data as trend data. The analysis used the exponential smoothing model and the weighted moving average to calculate the expected future prices. The moving average method, based on the analysis of average data, forecasts the mean squared error (MSE), mean absolute deviation (MAD), mean absolute percent error (MAPE), and mean error of estimation (MFE). The moving average method forecasts the average price of premium quality rice from January 2022 to August 2023. Based on the forecast results, there will be fluctuations in accuracy during this period, with MAPE values ranging from 0.015 to 0.094. The dotted line displays the average price results, while the straight line indicates the actual price. The stars indicate the actual price in the forecast graph, which displays the trend of premium rice prices at the milling level. This final assessment shows how well the forecasting model performs and provides information on the trend of premium rice prices to help with future decision-making.
