Abstract

The influence of supply chain management on smooth production at SME Nela Sasirangan in Banjarmasin City The purpose of this study was to determine whether demand planning, raw material procurement, and inventory management significantly affect production smoothness. This quantitative study used a saturated sampling survey method and involved 34 people who were directly involved in the production process. The analysis employed multiple linear regression to evaluate the data. The findings of this study indicate that demand planning, procurement of raw materials, and inventory management significantly influence the efficiency of the production process. This finding suggests that these three factors are an important part of supply chain management that can help the production process run efficiently and sustainably. Therefore, the implementation of effective supply chain management practices is essential for continuity and performance.
