Abstract

This study aims was to identify impact of economic development factors to the the environment quality by using Kuznet's Curve Hyphotesis and non linear regression. The determinants studied are indicators of economic development such as Gross Domestic Regional Income (GDRI) of the industrial sector, mining sector, agricultural/plantation /forestry/fishery/livestock sectors, poverty, unemployment and human development index (HDI). While the environmental quality indicators used are Water Quality Index (WQI), Air Quality Index (AQI) and Land Cover Quality Index (LCQI). The data used is secondary data from the Department of Environment, the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources, and also the Central Bureau of Statistics of South Kalimantan Province. Secondary data types used include WQI, AQI, LCQI, GDRI, poverty, unemployment and HDI data for the period 2006 – 2020. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitatively using Kuznet's Curve hypothesis and non linear regression. The final results obtained from this study include (1) The influence of economic development indicators on environmental quality is in accordance with Kuznet's Curve hypothesis and shows non-linear relationships. (2) Only the unemployment indicator is not identified non-linearly due to the adjusted value of R Square < 0 and the significance of the > 0.05.

Abstract

Perkembangan ide-ide kreatif dalam bentuk kecil sedang berkembang sangat pesat di era globalisasi teknologi pada masa kini. Perkembangan UMKM berbasis teknologi sangat berkembang pesat. Munculnya ratusan perusahaan rintisan saat ini menuntut para pengusaha muda untuk memutar otak bersaing dengan para competitor-kompetitor yang lain. Pola manajemen inovasi yang baik menjadi kunci dari keberhasilan mendirikan usaha. Mempersiapkan wirausaha muda yang berpengetahuan cukup menjadi hal yang sangat penting di masa sekarang. Siswa SMK dituntut tidak hanya siap kerja namun juga diharapkan dapat mampu mencetak lapangan kerja, yaitu menjadi seorang wirausaha. Dengan diadakannya wokshop business model canvas ini diharapkan para siswa mempunyai pengetahuan yang cukup dalam menganlisa situasi usaha dan manajemen inovasi di masa mendatang. Hasil dari workshop ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, motivasi dan keinginan untuk berwirausaha. Ini menunjukkan tingkat ketertarikan para siswa untuk berwirausaha. Diharapkan dari kegiatan workshop ini dapat ditindaklanjuti di masa mendatang untuk keberlanjutan pengembangan ide pada siswa SMK.Kata Kunci: BMC, UMKM, Rintisan, BPR, Innovasi

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) Knowing the extent to which the existence of online transportation (Go-food) in increasing sales of restaurants in Banjarmasin. (2) Knowing the economic and social impacts of restaurant business people in Banjarmasin after cooperating with Go-food.  This study used a descriptive qualitative research design with observation, interviews and documentation. The sample in this study was a restaurant in Banjarmasin that had collaborated with Go-food with a focus on five restaurants in Banjarmasin.  The results showed (1) that the existence of online transportation (Gofood) in increasing sales of restaurants in Banjarmasin, this identified the existence of online transportation (Go-food) to five restaurants experienced a significant increase in sales, which affected the increase in income. (2) after cooperating with Go-food, restaurant businesses in Banjarmasin have a positive impact on social and economic influences such as the addition of employees and an increase in annual income

Abstract

 The Problems who discussed in this research are : 1). How  the influence emotional intelligence of employee performance, 2). How  the influence competence of employee performance, 3). How  the influence environment work of employee performance, 4). How the influence are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work together of employee performance.         The type of research is explanatory research that is assosiative, which aims to know the relationship between two or more variables. This research conducted in Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin. The population of this research are employes of Islamic University Kalimantan (Uniska) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjary Banjarmasin which amounts 163 people.        The method of taking data is by using a questionnaire as a source of primary data and documentation as a source of secondary data. The techniques of data analysis in this research is by using multiple regression analysis.        That result of research find all hypothesis in this research already to proven significantly. The emotional intelligence weigh in significantly of employee performance. The competence weigh significantly of employee performance with magnitude of correlation. The environment work weigh in significantly of employee performance with magnitude correlation. The emotional intelligence, competence, and the environment work in simultane weigh significantly of employee performance. The implication of this research are emotional intelligence, competence, and environment work have the same  role important either individually or jointly in improve of employee performance. Key word :     emotional intelligence, competence, environtment work, and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior, both on the direct and indirect effect on employees of favehotel Ahmad Yani Banjarmasin. This study uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The study population was all employees of favehotel ahmad yani Banjarmasin and a sample of 67 respondents. The results of this study indicate that Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with a path coefficient value of 0.604. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a significant effect on employee performance with a path coefficient value of 0.320. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a path coefficient value of 0.280. Organizational Citizenship Behavior does not mediate job satisfaction on employee performance with a direct effect value that is greater than the indirect effect.

Abstract

Focusing on customer satisfaction is one of the keys to the success of a business, so the company can gain profit and wider market share. Service quality dimensions are: physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy are used by companies to better understand expectations or customer perceptions of the desired service, resulting in improved service quality. This research is an associative survey research using nonprobability sampling technique, using multiple regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis testing proves that all independent variables consisting of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy partially have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable that is customer satisfaction. The influence of each independent variable in sequence that is, reliability variable equal to 0,919, variable of empathy equal to 0,913, variable of responsiveness equal to 0,811, variable of guarantee equal to 0,805 and physical evidence variable equal to 0,789. Salain is also variable physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with the magnitude of influence is 0.956. Keywords: Service Quality Dimension, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (SME’s) has gradually become an economic backbone for several developing country including Indonesia. In several studies, it was assumed that SME's was a sign of self-sufficiency concept. In the economic strike, SME's could sustain the price of several staple goods that are related to society livelihoods such as food and attire. South Kalimantan Province was well known for its authentic fabric namely sasirangan produced by local SME's spread all around the area. SME's are nowadays are inseparable from IT particularly that related to social media to promote their product. The use of IT infrastructure and platform were usually centered in the large city mainly in the capital of province such as Banjarmasin. As an alternative, the use of social media could be employed to empower SME's at county area. This study was aimed to understand the attitude of county area SME's on the use of social media for commerce purposes. The sample involved in this study was 45 Sasirangan SME’s on 5 off-capital counties at South Kalimantan Province. These works use PLS-SEM due to the nature of research was explore the interaction amongst the variable (exploratory factor analysis). The finding shows that in general, SME's entrepreneur has a great willingness to use their social media for commerce purposes. A further discussion of research finding and research limitation will be further discussed in the end of paper.

Abstract

Online buying is a new method of buying and selling using internet as the media of transactions. It is believed that it could shift the conventional transactions, which is still the characteristic of Banjarmasin’s people. This study aims to determine cognitive, affective and conative level of the people that live in Banjarmasin in online buying’s activity based on demographics. This study wants to find out if there is any differences in cognitive, affective and conative level of it as well as whether there is an influence of demographic factors to cognitive, affective and conative level of Banjarmasin's people in online buying. This is a survey research that uses questionaire as the research instrument, and 150 respondents are taken from people who live in Banjarmasin as sample. Data analysis techniques used; categorized variabel analysis to see the distribution of respondents by category; Chi Square test to see the differences of cognitive, affective and conative level based on demographics; Kruskal Wallis test to see the influence of demographic factors to cognitive, affective and conative level. Result of this study shows that cognitive, affective and conative level of Banjarmasin's people in online buying, majority is in medium category, it means majority of Banjarmasin's people know,  understand and like to buy online; based on demographics, there is no differences of cognitive, affective and conative level of Banjarmasin's people in online buying; demographic factors do not influence the cognitive, affective and conative level of Banjarmasin's people in online buying.

Abstract

Stocks traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in addition to conventional stocks also have sharia shares, sharia shares are shares traded on the capital market and do not conflict with Islamic law, the purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effects of investment gallery activities, Minimum investment capital, risk perceptions and perceptions of return in sharia investments among Uniska MAB Banjarmasin students. The population in this study were Uniska MAB Banjarmasin students with a sample of 137 respondents. Sampling using a purposive sampling method, and the number of samples based on Slovin formula. Data collection uses a questionnaire, then do data editing. Data analysis techniques using SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis using IBM AMOS version 22 software, so that the model that will explain the relationship between variables to explain the interest in investing in sharia stocks. The results of this study are: (1) The variable of investment gallery activities have a significant effect on students' interest in investing in Islamic stocks. (2) Perception of return does not have a significant effect on the interest of students to invest in Islamic stocks. (3) Risk perception has no significant effect on the interest of students to invest in sharia. (4) Minimum investment capital has a significant effect on students' interest in investing in sharia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine product quality and price in purchasing decisions. This is because of the current digital era, the development of technology and information is running very rapidly, resulting in increasingly fierce business competition. In the business world, product quality and product price can stimulate a market response. The population in this study was 1230 people, with the sampling technique of convenience sampling with the Slovin formula so that a sample of 302 respondents was obtained. The analytical technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that product quality had an effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, the suitability of the price with the benefits and quality received by consumers will be very sensitive in responding to the level of pricing applied to the product.
