<![CDATA[The routine task of educators is to maintain the continuity of the learning process from the first minutes to the final seconds of learning. During learning, learning accidents may suddenly occur, such as students lacking focus, tending to ignore educators, and being indifferent. So that learning competency is not achieved and students' motivation is lost in participating in learning. The apperception scene setting method makes the first minutes of learning more enjoyable and can organize the condition of students so that they love learning Islamic religious education. This research aims to create appropriate methods for the Islamic religious education learning process to create a learning process that is conducive and enjoyable for students. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The research subjects were students of class VII and class VIII of the Padang City Integrated Islamic Junior high school, Islamic Religious education teachers, and class teachers. There are two research instruments, namely the main instrument and supporting instruments. The data collection techniques used were listening to story books, short learning videos, youtube. Then identify the data sources related to Islamic Religious education learning materials. Research results First, the use of the apperception method in a scene-setting can motivate students to learn Islam. Second, the use of the apperception method scene setting creates a conducive and enjoyable learning process at the beginning of learning. The apperception method process scene setting found several examples of apperception scene settings used by educators, namely Islamic Religious education teachers.]]>
