Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of health services at Sangurara Public Health Center of Tatanga District Palu City referring to the theory of Zeithaml in Ratminto and Winarsih (2005:175-176), stating that to evaluate the quality of public services, the public generally uses five (5) dimensions, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, emphaty, and tangibles (physical evidence). This study used qualitative descriptive type of research with inductive data analysis and used informants of research consisting of the functional officers assigned to provide services at Sangurara Public Health Center of Tatanga District; the administrative staff at Sangurara Public Health Center of Tatanga District; and the user community of health services at Sangurara Public Health Center of Tatanga District as the sources of primary data. Data analysis technique used by the researcher was descriptive data analysis, with the results showed that: (1) The quality of health services at Sangurara Public Health Center of Tatanga District seen from the dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, and emphaty had been in line with public expectations, while from the dimensions of assurance and tangibles (physical evidence) had not yet met public expectations so it still needed to be addressed.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the interest of Hizbul Wathan Course Lecturers about the character of students' responsibilities towards the tasks given by lecturers. An attitude of responsibility to oneself has the advantage of attitudes such as honest, disciplined, and trustworthy. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the relationship between Hizbul Wathan courses and to find out how much the relationship between Hizbul Wathan subjects and the character of responsibility among students. Samples used in PGSD UMJ semester 5 students. The method used in this study is quantitative discriptive with Pearson correlation statistical data processing. Data analysis through written tests. The results of the study were the relationship between Hizbul Wathan courses and the character of responsibility. The teaching of Hizbul Wathan (HW) courses and the character of responsibility have a strong relationship of 0.764 during one semester. This research is useful to related parties, namely Hizbul Wathan course lecturers, students, faculties, and Hizbul Wathan Qobilah Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta.

Abstract

Interaksi di kelas akan memiliki tujuan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Namun proses pembelajaran seringkali monoton sehingga siswa kurang memperhatikan dan pasif dalam pembelajaran. Peneliti menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada Materi Soal IPS Kelas IV metode dan model pembelajaran di SDN Cianten 02 dan ketersediaan media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV IPS dengan menggunakan Metode Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick. Hasil penelitian sebelum tindakan, siswa yang mendapat nilai kurang dari 65 (KKM) sebanyak 15 siswa (62,5%), dan siswa yang mendapat nilai lebih dari 65 sebanyak sembilan siswa (37,5%). Pada siklus 1, lima siswa mendapat nilai kurang dari 65 (20,83%) dan 19 (79,17%), dengan nilai rata-rata 68,0. Pada siklus 2, 1 siswa (4,17%) mendapat nilai kurang atau sama dengan 65, dan 23 siswa (95,83%) dengan nilai rata-rata 80,2. Hasil penelitian dua siklus ini sudah melebihi indikator penelitian yang diinginkan yaitu 80%, sehingga penelitian telah tuntas pada siklus 2. Dengan demikian, Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Talking Stick Hasil Belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Cianten 02, dapat ditingkatkan.
