<![CDATA[Indonesian language learning at the elementary/MI level plays a critical role in forming the basis of students' language skills and active participation. This research was conducted to find out the planning process, implementation and implications of the Think Pair Share Technique in Indonesian language learning to increase student participation and speaking skills in class VI students at MIS Nurul Hikmah Pamekasan Madura. Researchers used qualitative research methods with a case study type. The results of this research can show that: Firstly, the teacher's planning in implementing the think pair share technique in Indonesian language learning to increase student participation and speaking skills is that the teacher first determines learning objectives, approaches, strategies which include techniques, methods and media, after that arrange it in written form which is called a learning implementation plan. Second, there are three stages in applying the think pair share technique to increase student participatio speaking ability. (a). preliminary activities. (b). core activities, and (c). closing activities. Third, the implications of this implementation, including for students, can increase student participation and speaking ability, student enthusiasm in the learning process, students dare to speak, answer questions, ask when they don't understand. Meanwhile, for teachers, teachers are helped and make it easier to carry out teaching and learning activities.]]>
