Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture of compensation and achievement motivation on the performance of tenured faculty as well as the impact on the quality of university education Abulyatama Aceh. The study used the SEM analysis model AMOS. After processing the data, obtained by the results of studies showing that the Cultural Organization (X1) Compensation (X2) Achievement Motivation (X3), Performance (Y) and Quality of Education (Z) positively and significantly affect the quality of education at the University Abulyatama Aceh. Thus the hypothesis is entirely acceptable, which means that ( a) the organizational culture in a positive and significant effect on the performance of full-time lecturer at the University Abulyatama Aceh is tested were correct; (b) compensation and significant positive effect on the performance of full-time lecturer at the University Abulyatama Aceh is verified; (c) achievement motivation in a positive and significant effect on the performance of full-time lecturer at the University Abulyatama Aceh is verified; (d) performance and significant positive effect on the quality of education at the University Abulyatama Aceh is verified; (e) the organization's culture, compensation, achievement motivation together in a positive and significant effect on the performance of faculty and the quality of education at the University Abulyatama Aceh

Abstract

 This study aims to measure the effect of online purchase return policy leniency on buying decision and consumer trust as the mediation at consumers of Tokopedia in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study is consumers of Tokopedia in Banda Aceh with total of 130 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire and the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as themethod of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that online purchase return policy leniency was related to buying decision, online purchase return policy leniency significantly influence consumer trust, consumer trust was related to buying decision, consumer trust partially mediated the relationship between online purchase return policy leniency and buying decision.Keywords: Online purchase return policy leniency, buying decision, consumer trust, Hierarchical Linear Modelling.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the role of Total Quality Management (TQM) and organizational commitment in supporting the achievement of company operational performance. The population was all Convection SMEs in the city of Banda Aceh, consisted of 294 Convection SMEs. The sample was selected using a proportional sampling technique where sampling considers elements or categories in the study population. The sample taken was 15% of the population. One respondent represented one unit of SMEs, so the sample has amounted to 169 respondents. Data was collected using questionnaires. The model was analyzed with the Structural Equation Model Analysis. The result showed an influence between TQM on Organizational Commitment, TQM on Company Operational Performance, and Organizational Commitment on Company Operational Performance. This study also found that organizational commitment can act as a partial mediator to strengthen the effect of TQM on Company operational performance. The interesting issue in this study lies in the discussion of the organizational commitment to solving the inconsistency problems in the quality of convection production in SMEs. Furthermore, the other researchers can provide more concepts and variables to enrich this research model, like other mediators for TQM to achieve performance or even the commitment that can strengthen the TQM and performance. The model also can be a reference for practitioners to set their strategy in further, to go more productive.
