Abstract

Alignment strategic become one of this topic in informationsystem also represent the issue which still newly and interesting,especially its applying in Indonesia. System/ information technologyproven have keep role important in organizational development andexistency. For that, needed aligment strategic model between strategyof business and strategy of system/information technology inimproving organizational performance. Strategic aligment for companyto reach its target with the support of information system in process ofbusiness to give the real correct management information. To thisconduct, information technology at organization have to in aligmentwith organizational goal. Emporwement and utilization of ability ofsystem/information technology inwroughtly, sinergy andcomprehensive with organizational business strategy to reach for thecompetitif advantage assessed have given the significant contributionto organizational strategic aligment. More high level strategic aligmentbetween strategy of business and strategy of system/informationtechnology, organizational will instruct the information system of matterof crucial to reach for the successful business performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to examine effect variablesabout e-procurement of good governance. The respondents of theresearch at Pemkot Surabaya. Purposive sampling technique is chosenwith criteria respondents at staff Pemkot Surabaya. Data has gatheredby questionnaires and documentation. Sample total is 66 respondent.The result of research with partial regression indicate that cognitivestyle significantly effect on result of effectiveness, efficiency,competitive, transparency, rule of law, and accountability. The resultof research with simultaneous regression indicate that perceptionabout effectiveness, efficiency, competitive, transparency, rule of law,and accountability . The value R2is 66,6% indicate that perceptionabout effectiveness, efficiency, competitive, transparency, rule of law,and accountability 66,6% on result of good governance, while 33,4%by other factors.

Abstract

Perubahan sistem pengadaan barang/jasa dari cara lamake sistem pengadaan elektronik, mau tidak mau memerlukanperubahan dalam pengendaliannya. Hal ini dikarenakan adanyaperubahan kegiatan yang sebelumnya dilakukan secara “manual”menjadi kegiatan yang didasarkan pada teknologi informasi,khususnya media internet. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untukmengetahui pengaruh penerapan e-procurement dalam masalah hargakontrak pembelian, waktu proses dan pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa, security atau keamanan, prosedur atau SOP sebagai alatpengendalian barng/jasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankuantitatif dengan meliputi variabel independen dan variabel dependen.Variabel independen adalah harga kontrak pembelian, waktu prosespembelian, security/ keamanan, dan prosedur atau SOP), sedangkanvariabel dependen adalah pengendalian. Sampel penelitian adalahpanitia pengadaan barang/jasa e-Procurement. Teknik analisis yangdigunakan dengan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier. Hasil deskripsistatistik menunjukkan bahwa harga kontrak pembelian, waktu prosesdan pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa, keamanan, dan prosedur atauSOP menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing memiliki nilai maximum,minimum, mean, dan standar deviasi. Selain itu dilihat dari deskripsihasil jawaban kuisioner, responden cenderung setuju denganpertanyaan yang diajukan peneliti.Dengan kata lain, harga kontrakpembelian, waktu proses dan pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa,keamanan, dan prosedur atau SOP dapat dikatakan baik. Pengujiandengan regresi simultan menunjukkan secara bersama-sama hargakontrak pembelian, waktu proses dan pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa, keamanan, dan prosedur atau SOP berpengaruh secara signifikanpada pengendalian pengadaan barang/jasa. Pengujian dengan regresiparsial menunjukkan waktu proses dan pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengendalian pengadaanbarang/jasa, sedangkan harga kontrak pembelian, keamanan, danprosedur atau SOP tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Harga kontrakpembelian, waktu proses dan pemilihan penyedia barang/jasa,keamanan dan prosedur atau SOP memberikan kontribusi sebesar 42% pada pengendalian pengadaan barang/jasa, sedangkan 58% disebabkan oleh faktor-faktor lain.

Abstract

The elementary characteristic at Grameen Bank with majoritysocial capital than economic capital and also discipline, unity, courage,and hard work and also supported with fundamental belief, sincerity,openness, and help each other able to lessen the poorness and improvethe economic growth. This differ from the Syariah Bank that have goodbase characteristic, but not supported with the development of socialcapital among client and society. The concept of Syariah Bank whichdo not differ far with the Non Syariah Bank with orientation economiccapital that make the imbalance between the bank development withthe society prosperity.
