Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy, firm size, and profitability on firm value in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2020–2025. This research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling through the Purposive Sampling method. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the annual financial statements of the companies. The research sample consists of 10 banking sector companies that meet the predetermined criteria, resulting in 60 panel data observations during the 2020–2025 period. Data analysis was conducted using panel data regression with the assistance of EViews 13 software. Hypothesis testing was performed through simultaneous testing (F-test) and partial testing (t-test) at a significance level of 5% . The results indicate that dividend policy, firm size, and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. Partially, dividend policy and firm size do not have a significant effect on firm value, while profitability has a significant effect on firm value.
