Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of earnings per share and returnon investment on stock prices in technology sektor companies for the 2016-2020 period.The data used are secondary data recorded in the financial statements. The analyticalmethod used is panel data regression with Eviews 10 software analysis tool, the samplingtechnique uses purposive sampling resulting 7 companies as a sample. Based on theresearch results, it is known that simultaneously, earnings per share and return oninvestment have significant effect on stock prices. And partially return on investment hasa positive and significant effect on stock prices, and earnings per share have aninsignificant negative effect on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership and compensation on the work discipline of nurses partially and simultaneously. In this study, the sample was drawn using saturated sampling or census, namely all members of the population with a total of 159 ASN nurses at Ciamis District Hospital. Sources of data from secondary and primary. Data collection techniques: 1). field research (field research), namely by observation, interviews, and questionnaires (questionnaire) with a Likert scale, 2). library research, 3). internet research. This research consists of instrument testing with validity and reliability tests. Then descriptive testing was carried out using statistical testing by performing correlation analysis, path analysis, and hypothesis testing (t-test and f-test) using SPSS for Windows software. The results of the study concluded that leadership and compensation have a significant influence on work discipline in nurses at Ciamis District Hospital, either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

The Cikatuncar Village area, which is located in Kotabaru Village, Cibeureum District, was confirmed as one of the centers of Sundanese traditional food, Opak by the Tasikmalaya Cooperative and MSME, Industry and Trade Office. However, the fact is that the innovations that are owned by the producers are quite minimal in terms of product types and packaging, besides that there are several sales of MSMEs that are dim so that an active effort is needed to help these businesses. One way that can be done is to increase their competitiveness through product innovation. Product innovation that will be carried out in this community services is by developing product through product diversification and also improving the quality of packaging. These product innovations are expected to modernize traditional products so that traditional foods are able to adapt to people's tastes and also expand the existing market, which is expected to boost their income and also increase the income of the surrounding community because some people work for these traditional food producers. The result of this community services is that, our MSME partner produces product and packaging innovations that have never been done before, the response from consumers is very positive, even product and packaging innovations carried out in this community services will continue to be carried out because of the consumer demand that they have.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pemanfaatan tumbuhan sebagai alternatif pengobatan banyak ditemukan di masyarakat desa. Salah satunya Desa Pagersari yang merupakan salah satu desa di Kecamatan Pagerageung, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Desa ini terletak di bagian utara Tasikmalaya. Sebagian besar mata pencaharian penduduk di sana merupakan petani, sehingga lingkungannya masih relatif dikelilingi oleh pesawahan yang sebagian besar lahannya dipakai untuk padi, palawija,sayuran dan tanaman lainnya. Selain itu masyarakat di kalangan ibu rumah tangga juga sering menanam tanaman obat di pekarangan rumah. Salah satu tanaman yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal adalah pegagan yang banyak tumbuh di Desa Pagersari. Pegagan ini dapat dijadikan teh yang dapat diseduh kapan saja sebagai penunjang kesehatan atau ketika terkena penyakit. Tujuan dari pengabdiam masyarakat ini adalah mengenalkan cara pemasaran teh pegagan pada masyarakat Desa Pagersari. Metode dari program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pembinaan Masyarakat Desa Pagersari melalui penyuluhan dan praktik pembuatan teh pegagan dari mulai pengolahan tanaman obat hingga berbentuk kemasan sehingga bisa dijadikan Produk Industri Rumah Tangga (P-IRT) sebagai bukti bahwa produk tersebut terjamin dan aman. Selain itu, kelompok ibu rumah tangga ini akan dibekali tentang bagaimana cara komersialisasi produk melalui media sosial, manajemen pemasaran produk, dan pendampingan dalam pengajuan produk halal. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 13 Agustus 2022 di Madrasah Al-Khoeriyyah Kampung Pamipiran, Desa pagersari, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya pada pukul 13.00-15.30 WIB yang diikuti oleh 20 peserta yang merupakan ibu rumah tangga serta petani di Desa Pagersari. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dihadiri oleh dosen anggota kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, mahasiswa, serta kepala Desa Pagersari. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah berjalan lancar serta para peserta antusias serta memahami materi yang disampaikan dan dapat terlihat dari hasil post test para peserta yang baik. Kata Kunci: Pegagan, Desa Pagersari, Teh, Komersialisasi  ABSTRACT The use of plants as alternative medicine is found in many rural communities. One of them is Pagersari Village which is one of the villages in Pagerageung District, Tasikmalaya Regency. This village is located in the northern part of Tasikmalaya. Most of the livelihoods of the people there are farmers, so the environment is still relatively surrounded by rice fields, most of which is used for rice, secondary crops, vegetables and other crops. In addition, people among housewives also often plant medicinal plants in their yards. One of the plants that has not been used optimally is pegagan which grows a lot in Pagersari Village. Pegagan can be used as a tea that can be brewed at any time as a support for health or when exposed to disease. The purpose of this community service is to introduce the marketing of pegagan tea to the people of Pagersari Village. The method of this community service program is the development of the Pagersari Village Community through counseling and the practice of making pegagan tea from processing medicinal plants to packaging so that it can be used as a Home Industry Product (P-IRT) as proof that the product is guaranteed and safe. In addition, this group of housewives will be provided with how to commercialize products through social media, product marketing management, and assistance in submitting halal products. The results of this service program were carried out on August 13, 2022 at Madrasah Al-Khoeriyyah Pamipiran Village, Pagersari Village, Tasikmalaya Regency at 13.00-15.30 WIB which was attended by 20 participants who were housewives and farmers in Pagersari Village. This community service activity was attended by lecturers, members of community service activities, students, and the head of Pagersari Village. The conclusion of this activity is that it runs smoothly and the participants are enthusiastic and understand the material presented and can be seen from the good post-test results of the participants. Keywords: Pegagan, Pagersari Village, Tea, Commercialization

Abstract

Tujuan  penelitian  adalah  untuk  menganalisis  pengaruh financial knowledge, dan financial attitude terhadap financial behavior pada Usaha  Mikro  Kecil  dan  Menengah  Bordir di Kota Tasikmalaya.  Penelitian  ini  dilaksanakan  dengan  metode  deskriptif  dan kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 UMKM Bordir di Kota Tasikmalaya dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, secara parsial financial knowledge dan financial attitude memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap financial behavior. Dan secara simultan financial knowledge dan financial attitude berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial behavior dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.532 atau 53.2%. Artinya UMKM Bordir di Kota Tasikmalaya perlu meningkatkan financial knowledge dan financial attitude untuk dapat meningkatkan financial behavior.

Abstract

This research has the following objectives: 1. To determine the simultaneous effect of leadership and the work environment on work motivation during the transition from the pandemic to the Covid-19 endemic, 2. To determine the partial effect of leadership and the work environment on work motivation during the transition from the pandemic to the Covid endemic -19. Sampling in this study by taking part of the population to be 280 PNS teachers at SMP Kota Tasikmalaya. The sampling process is carried out proportionally. The research method uses a quantitative research method using a questionnaire and using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression equations were partially tested using the t test and F test with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study is leadership and work environment has a significant effect on work motivation. And leadership  and work environment partially has a significant effect on work motivation. In addition, between leadership and the work environment that has the greatest influence, namely leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan signifikan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah laki- laki dan perempuan berdasarkan penilaian persepsi para guru pada SMP Negeri di Kota Tasikmalaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan angket dan menggunakan skala Likert. Penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling yang diambil dari anggota populasi secara acak dengan mengambil wakilnya. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 168 guru SMP Negeri Kota Tasikmalaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji dua sampel independen yaitu uji alternatif Mann Whitney Test dengan bantuan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Ha ditolak dan Ho diterima, artinya tidak ada perbedaan signifikan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah laki- laki dan perempuan berdasarkan penilaian persepsi para guru pada SMP Negeri di Kota Tasikmalaya. Hasil ini merujuk pada hasil uji alternatif Mann Whitney Test yang menunjukkan diterimanya Hipotesis Nol (Ho) dengan taraf signifikasi lebih dari 0,05.Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan, Kepala Sekolah, Persepsi, SMPNThis study aims to determine whether there are significant differences in the leadership of male and female principals based on the perceptions of teachers at public junior high schools in Tasikmalaya City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method using a questionnaire and using a Likert Scale. This study used cluster sampling technique which was taken from members of the population randomly by taking representatives. The number of samples in this study were 168 teachers at SMP Negeri Tasikmalaya City. The data analysis technique used an independent twosample test, namely the Mann Whitney alternative test with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study are that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted, meaning that there is no significant difference in the leadership of male and female principals based on the perceptions of teachers at State Junior High Schools in Tasikmalaya City. These results refer to the results of the alternative Mann Whitney Test which shows the acceptance of the Null Hypothesis (Ho) with a significance level of more than 0.05.Keywords: leadership, headmaster, perception, SMPN

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the description of communication, work discipline and work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of communication and work discipline simultaneously on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of partial communication on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. The effect of work discipline partially on the work productivity of production employees at PDAM Tirta Galuh, Ciamis Regency. This research includes quantitative research in the sense that in this study it uses numbers, starting from data collection to interpreting data with statistical tests. The data collection technique used was a survey method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that communication was included in the very good category, Work Discipline was included in the good category, and Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees was included in the good category. There was a significant effect simultaneously of Communication and Work Discipline on Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees. There was a significant influence partially Communication on Work Productivity to employees of PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis. There is a partial significant effect of Work Discipline on Work Productivity for PDAM Tirta Galuh Ciamis employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously or partially of the Job Skills variable and the Compensation variable on Work Productivity. The population used in this study were 180 Al-Markaz Collection employees. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample selection uses a random sample. The sample used is using a random sampling sample with the slovin formula, namely 124 employees. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the results of the study it was concluded that Work Skills and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity. Work Skills partially have a significant effect on Work Productivity. Compensation partially has a significant effect on work productivity.
