Abstract

Pengelolaan bisnis ritel tidak sekedar hanya membuka toko dan mempersiapkan barangbarangyang lengkap tetapi lebih dari itu. Pengelolaan bisnis ritel harus melihat dan mengikutiperkembangan teknologi agar dapat berhasil dan mempunyai keunggulan bersaing. Keunggulanyang dimiliki pengusaha ritel ditujukan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan pelanggannya.Semakin pesatnya perkembangan retail modern didasarkan pada keinginan Pasaraya SriRatu Pemuda Semarang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggannya. Seseorang membelibarang atau jasa karena keinginan (wants) dan kebutuhan (needs). Selain itu terdapat kebutuhanfungsional terkait dengan rutinitas seperti memenuhi kebutuhan keluarga, mencari harga murah,dan sebagainya. Selain itu, orang membutuhkan hal tersebut untuk memuaskan emosionalnya.Pada saat ini dalam perilaku pelanggan telah terjadi pergeseran perilaku (perubahan perilaku).Perilaku orang yang berbelanja dengan terencana menjadi tidak terencana. Orang yang tidakterencana berfikir pendek dan mencari yang serba instan dan mencari produk yang bisamemberi keuntungan jangka pendek untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di depan matasaja.Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menguji pengaruh keunikan desain kemasan produk, kondusivitasstore environment, kualitas display produk terhadap keputusan pembelian impulsif studi pasaPasaraya Sri Ratu Pemuda Semarang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan PasarayaSri Ratu Pemuda Semarang dengan usia diatas 18 tahun yang diharapkan mereka fahamatas pertanyaan yang diajukan dalam kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 120 responden.Teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) AMOS 21.0. Modelpenelitian yang diajukan dapat diterima dengan asumsi nilai dari standardized residual covariancetidak ada yang melebihi ± -2,58 atau ± 2,58. Pengukuran terhadap konstruk eksogen danendogen di uji menggunakan analisis konfrimatori dan uji kelayakan full model dianalsismenggunakan SEM dimana nilai dari Goodness of Fit untuk Chi-square 104,652; 0,034;RMSEA 0,051; GFI 0,903; AGFI 0,854; TLI 0,977; CFI 0,982; NFI 0,931; CMIN/DF 1,308.Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model yang diajukan dapat diterima.Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keunikan desain kemasan produk berpengaruhpositif dan tidak signifikan terhadap daya tarik emosional produk, keunikan desain kemasanproduk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian impulsif.kondusivitas store environment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya tarik emosional,kondusivitas store environment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelianimpulsif. kualitas display produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap daya tarik emosionalproduk, kualitas display produk berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusanpembelian impulsif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan pancasila terhadap kinerja pegawai di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Cirebon. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 pegawai.  Analisis data yang digunaka menggunakan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Model) AMOS 22.0.  Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa motivasi kerja dan gaya kepemimpinan pancasila berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.  Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai tetapi tidak signifikan.  Gaya kepemimpinan pancasila berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.  Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the obstacles and problems that occur in MSMEs in the city of Cimahi, the selected MSME is ARM Food. MSME ARM Food is engaged in the food sector. The problems that occur in this study are the need for a good marketing strategy, lack of innovation and financial management reports that are still unstructured. While the purpose of this study is to determine the development process in MSMEs using digital marketing ARM food, to determine the strategies that need to be implemented by MSMEs ARM food to follow products that are popular in the market, to determine the calculation of HPP in MSMEs ARM food. The digital marketing application of MSME ARM Food faces challenges in managing social media and has not been optimal in utilizing digital marketing capabilities.

Abstract

Abstract The performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is globally considered an important driving force that drives economic growth in developed and developing countries. SMEs account for about 99 percent of all businesses, and they have been recognized globally as a major driver of competitiveness, job creation, and economic growth. The purpose of this study was to examine the extent to which market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation influence the performance of batik SMEs in Cirebon Regency. The sampling method used the Purposive Sampling method. The sample in this study was 120 batik SMEs. The analysis technique used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) in the AMOS 22 statistical package. The results of the hypothesis testing concluded that market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation had a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation had a positive and significant effect on SME performance. By creating good market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation, competitive advantage can be improved. Market orientation has a positive but not significant effect on SME performance. Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on SME performance. Keywords: Market Orientation, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Competitive Advantage, SME Performance Abstrak Kinerja usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) secara global dianggap sebagai kekuatan pendorong penting yang mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi negara-negara maju dan berkembang. UKM mencakup sekitar 99 persen dari semua bisnis, dan mereka telah diakui secara global sebagai pendorong utama daya saing, penciptaan lapangan kerja, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja UKM batik di kabupaten Cirebon. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 UKM batik. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) pada paket statistik AMOS 22. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing. Orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Dengan menciptkan orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan yang baik maka keunggulan bersaing dapat ditingkatkan. Orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UKM. Kata Kunci: Orientasi Pasar, Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Keunggulan Bersaing, Kinerja UKM

Abstract

A success of organization in runging its activities is determined by human resources as activity executors. The existence of public organization’s success is defined by the human resources. Researh method employed was purposive sampling with the number of samples were 120 employees of PT Agro Karunia Bestari. The data were analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with statistical package AMOS 22. The results of hypothetical testing were (1) Employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence towards organizational citizenship behavior, (2) Employee engagement a had positive and insignificant influence towards employee performance, (3) Perceived organizational support had a positive and significant influence towards employee performance, and (4) Organizational citizenship behavior had a positive and significant influence towards employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of visitor satisfaction on the service performance of Marina Semarang beach. The method of measuring visitor satisfaction uses the IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) method or the Performance Interest Analysis and the Customer Satisfaction Index or Customer Satisfaction Index (IKP). Data was collected by filling out questionnaires and interviewing 440 respondents who were visitors to Marina Semarang Beach who were domiciled in Semarang. The questionnaire consists of 3 parts: first, visitor characteristics data, second assessment/perception of visitors about the performance (performance) at the tourist attractions Marina Semarang Beach, third assessment/perceptions about the importance (importance) in tourist attractions Marina Beach Semarang. A total of 274 respondents or 62.27%, this shows that the respondents are satisfied, meaning that the implementation of the attributes of Sapta Pesona Marina Beach Semarang is satisfactory. a total of 437 respondents or 99.3%, this shows that respondents feel it is important that the implementation of the attributes of Sapta Pesona Marina Beach Semarang is expected to be improved.

Abstract

In the era of the Fifth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation has become a strategic necessity in higher education management, particularly in achieving institutional efficiency and accessibility. Universities today are required to integrate digital technologies comprehensively through online learning and educational applications to address the growing complexity of academic management and to expand the reach of educational services. This study aims to examine the impact of digital transformation on managerial efficiency and accessibility in higher education, with the mediating roles of online learning integration and the use of educational applications. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey involving 250 academic community members from Indonesia and Libya. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS software. The results revealed that digital transformation significantly influenced both online learning integration and the utilization of educational applications. These two mediating variables contributed positively to enhancing institutional efficiency and directly supported broader access to higher education. The findings underscored that successful digitalization in higher education management depended not only on technological adoption but also on integrative strategies that linked digital platforms and application systems. This study contributes practical insights for universities to strategically optimize online learning and educational applications as core drivers of efficient and inclusive digital transformation in higher education.

Abstract

The rapid adoption of telemedicine is transforming global healthcare systems by enhancing access and improving service efficiency, particularly in regions with limited healthcare infrastructure. However, the success of telemedicine depends not only on technology but also on how patients perceive and experience these services. This study aims to investigate the role of telemedicine in advancing digital transformation by analyzing patient perceptions of its impact on healthcare accessibility and service efficiency. A quantitative research method was applied using a structured questionnaire distributed to 150 patients who had used telemedicine services. Participants were selected from two developing countries, Libya and Indonesia, to provide cross-national perspectives. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling to evaluate the relationships among perceived accessibility, efficiency, and the contribution of telemedicine to digital transformation. The results show that patient perceptions play a significant role in determining the effectiveness of telemedicine in improving access and efficiency. Patients generally view telemedicine as a vital component of digital healthcare transformation, although variations exist due to differences in digital literacy and healthcare infrastructure. This study concludes that telemedicine can significantly support digital transformation if patient-centered design and localized implementation strategies are prioritized. The main contribution of this research is the empirical evidence highlighting the importance of patient perception in digital health adoption and offering insights for policymakers, healthcare providers, and technology developers to enhance telemedicine integration in diverse healthcare systems.
