Abstract

This study  presents a  systematic  literature  review that  maps the  development of  digital marketing  research  and  its  influence  on  consumer  behavior  across  Indonesia,  with  an emphasis on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in future research design. Using content analysis on 60 journal articles published between 2012 and 2025, the study identifies five dominant variables—purchase decision, social media marketing, influencer marketing, brand trust, and brand image—alongside prevailing analytical methods, including Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Multiple Linear Regression. Bibliometric mapping through VOSviewer  reveals  clusters  of  thematic  focus  such  as  consumer  engagement,  digital branding, and e-commerce localization. The study also highlights trending topics over time, showing a shift from traditional marketing elements to AI-enhanced strategies. Furthermore, this paper proposes a conceptual framework linking AI applications with social media marketing, influencer marketing, and brand trust to guide future empirical studies. Findings underscore the growing academic and practical relevance of AI in digital marketing, and offer a foundation for predictive, data-driven approaches to understanding Indonesian consumer behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the key factors driving e-book adoption in supporting learning and digital information access. Using a quantitative approach and questionnaire-based survey, the research explores the role of accessibility, cost and time efficiency, reference completeness, digital feature innovation, and environmental sustainability as central elements in e-book attractiveness. The findings indicate that ease of access and interactive features are the primary drivers of e-book adoption, especially among students and academics. Additionally, psychological factors such as perceived usefulness and ease of use significantly influence user preferences. This study provides valuable insights for digital platform developers and publishers in designing more relevant, innovative, and user-oriented e-books in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

The Bangka Belitung region, historically recognized as the largest tin producer in Southeast Asia, now faces significant challenges in the utilization of post-mining land. One strategic approach that has emerged is the transformation of former mining areas into ecotourism destinations rooted in sustainability and community participation. This study aims to explore local community perceptions regarding the development of post-mining coastal ecotourism in Bangka Belitung. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through open-ended questionnaires completed by 180 local respondents. Thematic analysis was conducted using open coding, axial coding, and meaning triangulation. The study identified five key themes: (1) positive perceptions of the tourism potential of mining pits (kolong) and coastal areas; (2) concerns regarding environmental conditions and safety; (3) community expectations for involvement in tourism management; (4) local interpretations of sustainability; and (5) implementation barriers such as limited infrastructure and inadequate promotion. These findings underscore the importance of participatory and collaborative approaches in the development of post-mining tourism. Practical implications include community-based policy recommendations, environmental education strategies, and capacity-building efforts to support the creation of a fair and sustainable ecotourism model.

Abstract

The use of digital-based transactions in Indonesia continues to increase; however, the adoption of QRIS as the national payment standard still faces challenges among university students. Despite being predominantly digital natives with high potential to adopt payment technologies such as QRIS, students’ actual usage remains suboptimal. Several previous studies have employed various technology adoption theories to explain similar phenomena, utilizing a range of theoretical approaches. This study develops a conceptual model based on the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) to identify the predictors influencing students’ intention to use QRIS. Drawing from a literature review, this study aims to evaluate the relationship between key TPB constructs—attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control—and students’ intention to use QRIS. The proposed model is expected to serve as a foundation for future empirical research and to inform the development of more effective strategies for increasing QRIS adoption among university students.
