Abstract

Penelitian adalah penelitian yang ingin membuktikan dari penelitian-penelitian sejenis sebelumnya , hanya penelitian kali ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sector industry barang konsumsi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017 , yang bertujuan unutk mengetahui bagaimana  pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruhnya struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan secara langsung , maupun melalui variable interfening profitabilitas di dalam pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi terhadap nilai perusahaan.. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang mengolah data sekunder, besarnya pengaruh dapat dihitung menggunakan alat statistik SPSS dengan analisis  jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menggambarkan pengaruh yang sangat kuat pada tingkat signifikansi sebesar 92,7 % pada faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan seperti struktur modal ,dan keputusan investasi melalui profitabilitas. Keputusan investasi secara parsial merupakan fakroe yang mempunyai hubungan positif searah sebesar 0,682 terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan struktur modal dan rofitabilitas tidak begitu signifikan secara terpisah. Walaupun secara gabungan besarnya pengaruh struktur modal terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas sebesar 0, 487 dan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan melalui profitabilitas sebsar 0,541. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran , analisis dan prediksi mengenai keputusan investasi yang akan diambil oleh para investor , baik investor institusional maupun investor individual pada perusahaan barang konsumsi dalam rangka menaikan nilai perusahaan unutk bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is a study that wants to prove from similar studies before, only this research was conducted on consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017, which aims to know how the influence and how much the capital structure affects the company's value directly, as well as through the interfening variable profitability in making investment decisions towards the value of the company .. By using quantitative research methods that process secondary data, the magnitude of the influence can be calculated using the SPSS statistical tool with path analysis. The results of the study illustrate a very strong influence on the significance level of 92.7% on factors that influence company values ​​such as capital structure, and investment decisions through profitability. The investment decision is partially fakroe which has a unidirectional positive relationship of 0.682 to the firm value. While the capital structure and profitability are not so significant separately, although the combined effect of capital structure on firm value through profitability is 0, 487 and investment decisions on firm value through profitability are 0.541. This research is expected to provide an overview, analysis and prediction of investment decisions that will be taken by investors, both institutional investors and individual investors in consumer goods companies in order to increase the value of the company for sustainable business.

Abstract

Business competition does not only occur in a company. Universities also compete with each other to get students. A strategy is needed to strengthen the attractiveness of institutions amidst increasingly tight competition. This study aims to identify factors that influence students' decisions in choosing universities in West Java, with an emphasis on the role of Integrated Marketing Communications, Customer Relationship Management, and Service Quality. The survey method was conducted online and offline on 561 respondents, with 243 respondents meeting the criteria. Data collection was conducted through a validated questionnaire. The results of path analysis showed a significant relationship between Integrated Marketing Communications and Customer Relationship Management with students' Choice Decisions. However, although Service Quality did not have a significant direct relationship with Choice Decision. This study also highlights the importance of maintaining high service standards to maintain student satisfaction. Moderating the effect of gender on the relationship between service quality, the choice decision implies that the university should harness a gender-related approach.
