Increasing competition in the coffee shop industry is driving business owners to understand the various factors that can enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty as a means of maintaining their competitive edge. This study aims to analyze the role of Customer Engagement, Product Innovation, Price Perception, and Customer Experience in enhancing Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable at Kopimale in Situbondo Regency. This study employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. The sample was selected using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach, involving 99 respondents. Research data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS 3.0, which included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, goodness-of-fit (GOF) tests, coefficient of determination (R²) tests, structural equation modeling (inner model), and hypothesis testing. The results of the direct hypothesis testing indicate that Customer Engagement and Product Innovation do not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, whereas Price Perception and Customer Experience have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Furthermore, Customer Engagement, Price Perception, and Customer Satisfaction were found to have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, while Product Innovation and Customer Experience did not show a significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The results of the indirect effect tests indicate that Customer Engagement, Product Innovation, and Price Perception do not have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. Conversely, Customer Experience was found to have a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.
