The importance of risk management in hospitals to minimize future risks. Initial observations found that risk management implementation was less routine. Lack of staff involvement resulted in suboptimal risk management implementation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors influencing risk management implementation. The research method used a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional research design. The study population consisted of 39 respondents with a total sampling technique from January to February 2026 at the Jakarta Islamic Hospital Sukapura Kelapa Gading using a questionnaire. The first data analysis used validity and reliability tests on the distributed questionnaires with valid and reliable results. Furthermore, univariate analysis using the three-box method showed that respondents assessed the indicators of risk management implementation, namely risk mitigation and other independent factors such as top management commitment and support, communication, culture, training, information technology, and trust as sufficient, while the organizational structure was good. Multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between the independent variables of top management commitment-support, communication, culture, organizational structure, training, information technology, and trust that influence the implementation of risk management with a result of 0.006<0.05. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen top management commitment-support, foster a risk management culture, and mitigate risks in the form of establishing and implementing regulations for risk management to reduce potential risks.
