Abstract

Sumberdem Village is located in Wonosari District, Malang Regency with an area of ​​426,310 Ha. The village was divided into four hamlets, namely Sumberingin, Rekesan, Duren Gede and Sumber Gelang hamlets. Located on the slopes of Mount Kawi, Sumberdem Village has a population of 4686 people consisting of 2328 men and 2358 women. These residents are members of 1296 families which are divided into five categories, namely Pre-prosperous 125 families, Prosperous I as many as 421 families, Prosperity II as many as 413 families, Prosperity III as many as 254 families, Prosperity III plus as many as 83 families. In terms of education level, the residents of Sumberdem Village have various levels of education. There were 145 illiterate people, 161 did not graduate from elementary school, 2912 people graduated from elementary school, 543 people graduated from junior high school, 381 people graduated from high school, 31 had bachelor's and master's degrees a1 person. SMKN 1 Wonosari where located in Sumberdem Village which has a major one of them is renewable energy. From this education sector, we can do service by providing grant assistance for small-scale wind power generation equipment as a learning medium for students of SMKN 1 Wonosari to provide knowledge and insight into wind power plant technology.

Abstract

Bakso dan Pangsit Mie di Kota Malang sudah menjadi makanan khas yang sulit dipisahkan sehingga jajanan in dikenal dengan Bakso dan Pangsit Mie Malang. Dengan semakin banyaknya permintaan akan jajanan kota ini dan kondisi pandemi yang belum juga menentu, banyak pengusaha bakso dan pangsit mie yang mengembangkan usahanya dengan cara pemasaran online dimana bakso dapat dipasarkan diluar kota dengan aman dan higienis dengan memakai packaging yang aman. PENGEN MIE merupakan salah satu pengusaha bakso dan mie di Desa Mulyoagung Kecamatan Dau Kabupaten Malang yang membuat bakso dan pangsit mie sendiri dengan alat seadanya. Karena keterbatasan cara pengemasan usahanya kurang meluas dan tidak bisa dibawah jarak jauh. Pengusaha bakso dan mie “PENGEN MIE” hanya bisa melayani daerah Dau dan sekitarnya. Untuk meningkatkan jumlah konsumen tim abdimas ITN malang mencoba untuk membuatkan alat packaging dan pendampingan yang diharapkan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengemas bakso sebagai makanan frozen food secara aman dan higienis disimpan pada suhu dingin (4°C sampai -19°C) sehingga bisa melayani konsumen baik didalam kota maupun diluar kota. Dengan adanya alat pengemas tersebut, dalam waktu satu tahun ini, omzet pedagang mitra meningkat sebesar 20-30%. Peningkatan omzet penjualan tersebut karena adanya kontribusi penjualan pentol dan siomay frozen sebagai produk tambahan dari “PENGEN MIE”

Abstract

Siswa dan siswi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Penerbangan Sriwijaya dengan kompetensi keahlian Usaha Perjalanan Wisata membutuhkan bekal ilmu dan pengetahuan tambahan sebelum memulai Praktik Kerja Lapangan di bandar udara agar dapat melaksanakan praktik kerja dan mendapatkan pengalaman kerja dengan optimal. Ketika berhubungan dengan pelanggan; dalam hal ini calon penumpang dan pengguna jasa bandar udara lainnya, pelayanan prima serta penanganan penumpang (termasuk bagasi) perlu dipelajari tidak hanya berdasarkan teori, namun juga workshop di laboratorium (hangar). Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan bandar udara, maskapai, dan ground handling; service excellence; passenger and baggage handling; serta penanganan kargo dan bea cukai. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan tiga metode, yaitu metode ceramah, metode tutorial, dan metode praktik di kampus Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Kedirgantaraan Yogyakarta, baik di dalam kelas dan di dalam laboratorium (hangar). Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa dan siswi meningkat. Siswa dan siswi tersebut juga dapat mempraktikkan penanganan penumpang, bagasi, dan kargo dengan baik.

Abstract

KM 22 of 2005 describes the application of SNI 03-7094-2005 regarding signs at airport terminals as a mandatory standard which explains that every area within the passenger terminal must be equipped with clear and easy-to-understand warning signs. Obstacles found by researchers when carrying out initial observations were finding deficiencies in installing warning signs at Terminal 1 of Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimize the warning sign facility in improving passenger service at the Juanda International Airport Surabaya terminal, to find out the obstacles faced and the solutions in optimizing the warning sign facility at Juanda International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. This research was conducted at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya which was held in June 2023. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity test of the data used is source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of research based on service indicators show that: (1) physical evidence (tangibles) includes an imbalance in the placement of signboards; (2) reliability includes the use of available tools and the application of clear service standards; (3) responsiveness, including responsiveness to complaints and input from passengers; (4) guarantee (assurance) includes routine maintenance, as well as providing accurate information; (5) empathy (empathy) includes providing individual and responsive services. The obstacles encountered are that the warning sign is only visible from the west side of the terminal area, but not visible from the east side, the placement of the no smoking sign is not optimal, the no smoking sign is damaged, there are instructions for using a hydrant box that is less strategic .

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Peran Petugas Apron Movement Control (AMC) Dalam Melakukan Pengawasan Terhadap Kedisiplinan dan Keselamatan Pergerakan di Apron Bandar Udara Internasional Adi Soemarmo Solo. Pengawasan di area apron yang dilakukan unit AMC yaitu mengatur pergerakan pesawat, kendaraan, penumpang dan barang yang berada di wilayah sisi udara. Dengan tujuan menciptakan kedisiplinan serta keselamatan pergerakan yang berada di apron. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran petugas AMC dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap kedisiplinan dan keselamatan pergerakan di apron. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data primer ini diperoleh langsung dengan cara observasi dan wawancara terhadap petugas AMC serta data sekunder diperoleh secara tidak langsung baik melalui studi pustaka maupun data perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan peran penting dari unit Apron Movement Control (AMC) dalam melakukan pengawasan terhadap kedisiplinan dan keselamatan pergerakan di apron. Dalam hal ini, pengawasan terhadap kedisiplinan dan keselamatan di area apron berjalan dengan cukup baik, dengan melakukan pengawasan rutin dan berkala, unit AMC dapat menangani permasalahan yang terjadi sesuai SOP, baik terkait kedisiplinan maupun keselamatan pergerakan di area apron.

Abstract

. In relation to employee performance as an executor of airport service users, human resources are needed who have good work motivation, so that they can influence work results according to service quality standards. The problems that the author observed during the OJT, the author saw a lack of time discipline to employees, there were several employees who came to work not on time and did not focus on serving passengers. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the quality of PT Gapura Angkasa's pasasi services and the level of employee performance on passenger satisfaction at Adi Soemarmo Airport. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques obtained directly, namely questionnaires, observation, and documentation distributed to 100 passengers at Adi Soemarmo Solo Airport. The data were analyzed using SPSS 25 software with normality test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression equation, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the T test conducted by researchers show that the significant value of 0.00% <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the dependent variable Y (Passenger Satisfaction) carried out by the PT Gapura Angkasa unit at Adisoemarmo Solo Airport.

Abstract

Abstrak Promosi merupakan strategi perusahaan untuk memasarkan produknya dengan tujuan menarik minat konsumen dalam menggunakan produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan, dalam melakukan kegiatan promosi perusahaan penerbangan terutama maskapai Citilink menempatkan target dalam kegiatan promosinya baik dari terget penjualan dari ajang promosi, sedangkan konsumen adalah target bagi perusahaan maskapai yang mana konsumen dapat menjadi penentu berhasil atau gagalnya sebuah sistem pemasaran yang telah digunakan perusahaan dalam memasarkan produknya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Mengetahui pengaruh promosi maskapai Citilink terhadap minat beli penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak. 2) Mengetahui seberapa pengaruh promosi maskapai Citilink terhadap minat beli penumpang di Bandar Udara Internasional Supadio Pontianak. Penelitian ini dilakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara online dan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana, Uji t dan Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Diketahui dari hasil penelitian bahwa pengaruh promosi maskapai Citilink berpengaruh terhadap minat beli penumpang di Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak. Berdasarkan analisis Uji Uji Regresi Linear Sederhana diketahui bahwa nilai konstanta sebesar 12,703 yaitu variabel minat beli penumpang dengan hasil koefisien regresi variabel promosi maskapai sebesar 0,52. Uji t sebesar 5,569>2,024 (ttabel) dengan nilai signifikansi diperoleh sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukan arah yang positif dan signifikan. Variabel promosi maskapai mempengaruhi minat beli penumpang sebesar 44% dan sisanya 56% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Promosi Maskapai, Minat Beli Penumpang, Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak. Abstract Promotion is a company strategy to market the products with aim of attracting consumers to use the products or services offered, in carrying out promotional activities for airlines, especially Citilink airlines, the place targets in their promotional activities, both from sales targets from promotional events, while consumers are targets for airline companies where consumers can be determinant of the success or failure of marketing system that has been used by the company in marketing they products. This research has aim of knowing: 1) Knowing the effect of Citilink airline promotions on the buying interest of passengers at Pontianak Supadio International Airport. 2) Knowing how much influence Citilink airline promotions have on passenger buying interest at Supadio Pontianak International Airport. This research was conducted by distributing online questionnaires and using quantitative methods with descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, t-test and the coefficient of determination (R2). knowing from the results of the study that the influence of Citilink airline promotions affects the buying interest of passengers at Pontianak Supadio Airport. Based on the analysis of the Simple Linear Regression Test, it is known that the constant value is 12.703, namely the passenger buying interest variable with the result of airline promotion variable regression coefficient of 0.52. The t-test is 5.569>2.024 (t table) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the test results showed a positive and significant direction. The airline promotion variable affects the purchase intention of passengers by 44% and the remaining 56% is influenced by other factors. Abstract

Penurunan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan ke Yogyakarta mengalami penurunan disebabkan adanya Covid-19. Merosotnya kunjungan turis asing ke Indonesia itu terlihat juga dari data kunjungan wisatawan mancanegera yang datang melalui pintu masuk udara (bandara). Dalam upaya pemulihan dampak pandemi, salah satunya dibutuhkan peran bandar udara sebagai penggerak roda ekonomi terutama dalam menunjang pariwisata. Peran serta pengelola bandar udara tentunya akan memberikan dampak terhadap roda kegiatan ekonomi terutama dalam menunjang pariwisata di daerah sekitar bandar udara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui informasi dan peran PT angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta International Airport dalam menunjang kegiatan pariwisata di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.. Informasi pariwisata di Yogyakarta International Airport di dukung dengan adanya kerjasama antara PT Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta dengan Dinas Pariwisata Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan membuka Kantor Tourist Information Center (TIC) yang terletak di area kedatangan. Display pariwisata berikutnya adalah adanya miniatur-miniatur tempat bersejarah jogja seperi tugu Jogja, pelengkung gading, taman sari, dan juga ada lukisan-lukisan dinding yang menggambarkan kebudayaan dan destinasi wisata yang ada di Yogyakart. Peran penting Yogyakarta International Airport sebagai pintu gerbang masuknya wisatawan ke Yogyakarta adalah dengan memenuhi sarana dan prasarana dalam pelayanan kepada para pengguna jasa. Adanya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai dan tentunya membuat para pengguna jasa bandar udara merasa nyaman, tentunya akan berdampak langsung ke pariwisata yang ada di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Abstract

In supporting the progress of an airport, there needs to be infrastructure development and expansion, such as airside expansion. Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport has expanded its airside such as runway, taxiway, and apron. The expansion of the airside aims to increase flight capacity, improve flight operational safety, improve flight operational efficiency, and support tourism in Sumbawa Besar. This study uses a qualitative research method with primary data collection through interviews and observations, as well as secondary data through documents related to airside expansion. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study was conducted at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport. The results of the study show that there is an expansion of the airside at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport, such as the runway, taxiway, and apron which has been carried out in several years. This airside expansion has a positive impact on flight operations. Where the impact is an increase in the number of passengers, increasing flight capacity and adding flight routes, as well as increasing flight security and safety at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Airport..

Abstract

Kertajati International Airport is an international airport located in Majalengka Regency, West Java, this airport is still experiencing problems in the placement of signage that is less strategic. Based on the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number KM 22 Year 2005 and Appendix 9 Facilitation 2018, airport signs must be easy to understand and unobstructed. The application of these standards at the Kertajati International Airport Terminal is still not optimal, causing passenger confusion, especially in the departure area in finding routes after check-in. This study aims to determine the effect of signage placement on passenger satisfaction in finding routes at Kertajati Terminal and also to determine how much influence the placement of signage facilities has on passenger satisfaction at Kertajati International Airport. This research uses a descriptive statistical approach, which describes the numbers obtained from research and is described in the form of a systematic discussion. In this study, the data collection carried out was a survey method using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The survey method used is by distributing questionnaires to passengers directly in the Domestic Departure area at Kertajati International Airport. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, T test and coefficient of determination (R2) test. Based on the results of analysis and discussion and data processing on the variable placement of signage facilities (X) on passenger satisfaction (Y), it is decided that the significant value obtained is 0.000, which means it is smaller or less than (<) 0.05, it can be concluded that the placement of signage facilities has a significant effect on passenger satisfaction at the Kertajati International Airport Terminal. The magnitude of the value of the effect of the placement of signage facilities on passenger satisfaction is known that the number obtained for the variable placement of signage facilities is 65.9% of the passenger satisfaction variable.
