Abstract

The post-pandemic transformation of work models has driven the adoption of "Work from Anywhere" (WFA) across various sectors. This study aims to analyze the impact of WFA on employee productivity and the role of work-life integration as a moderating variable. A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was employed. Primary data were collected via structured questionnaires administered to employees working remotely or under flexible arrangements and were analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that WFA has a positive and significant impact on productivity, driven by increased autonomy, time efficiency regarding commutes, and work flexibility. Work-life integration also acts as a significant moderator, strengthening the positive effect of WFA on productivity when professional and personal lives are harmoniously blended. Conversely, poorly managed "work-life blur" can diminish the benefits of WFA due to the risks of burnout and mental exhaustion.
