Abstract

This study examines the effects of religiosity, organizational commitment, and leadership style on employee work performance, as well as the moderating role of leadership style in the relationships between religiosity, organizational commitment, and work performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Tomoni. A quantitative approach with an associative research design was employed. The study involved all 30 employees as respondents using saturated sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS. The results show that religiosity has a positive but insignificant effect on work performance, while organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect. Leadership style does not have a significant direct effect on work performance. The moderation tests also indicate that leadership style does not significantly moderate the effect of religiosity or organizational commitment on work performance. These findings indicate that organizational commitment is the only variable in the model with a significant direct effect on employee work performance, while the proposed moderating role of leadership style is not supported.
