Primary data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale which had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study showed that directly, work stress and workload had a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction and work-life balance . Work environment and work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, work-life balance was proven to play a significant role as a mediating variable ( partial mediation ).
