Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that affect employee job satisfaction, which is seen from the factor of salary, job factors, colleagues factors, employer factors, promotion factors positions and work environment factors. This research is quantitative descriptive with causal associative method. The population is employees at Pangeran Beach Hotel Padang, it is about 162 peoples. Sampling technique is non probability sampling with purposive sampling. The number of data sampel consist of 80 peoples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires with Likert scale. Further data are tested using multiple linear regression which has passed the classical assumption test.The value of coefficient of determination Adjusted R Square 0,909 means the effect of variable X to Y of 90.9%. So, the conclution of variable factors of salary, job factors, employer, promotion factors positions and work environment factors have significant effect on employee job satisfaction, because the significant valve <0,05. While the variable factor of colleagues do not have significant effect, because the valve >0,05.Keywords: factor of salary, job factors, colleagues factors, employer factors, promotion factors positions, work environment factors , job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan kegiatan hiking, camping, dan kano di kawasan Ikan Banyak, Nagari Pandam Gadang, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Kemudian temuan tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode SWOT. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa informan antara lain: 1 pegawai Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota, 1 karang taruna setempat, 3 orang dari masyarakat sekitar, dan 3 pengunjung. Berdasarkan analisis SWOT, beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengembangkan kegiatan hiking, camping, dan canoeing di kawasan Ikan Banyak adalah a) Menjalin kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak yang dapat mendukung keberlanjutan pengelolaan objek, b) Meningkatkan dan menambah fasilitas untuk hiking , camping dan canoeing, c) Mengoptimalkan promosi kegiatan wisata hiking dan daya tarik Rumah Tan Malaka kepada masyarakat luas, d) Mengadakan promosi kegiatan camping, hiking dan canoaing di media sosial, e) Menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak kecamatan dan organisasi pramuka kabupaten untuk pengembangan kegiatan berkemah, f) Serta menyediakan tempat sampah di beberapa lokasi. Abstract

This article is intended to describe the development of performing arts in the tourism industry, with the material object of study being the Pasa Harau Festival in the Harau Valley, 50 Kota Regency, West Sumatra. Using the involved observation method and descriptive analysis approach, this paper describes the following: background; process; and the results of the development of performing arts for tourism purposes in that location. Research shows that tourism development in Nagari Harau is the basis for nagari development in general, because tourism is the greatest potential it has. The development of performing arts is an effort to complement the existing tourist attractions, namely natural beauty. This need then brought together various stakeholders who were then institutionalized into the Harau Valley Community and the Bintang Harau Learning Studio. The forms of performing arts development that are carried out produce works in the form of creative dances and popular musical art performances. These various works are displayed in two designed programs. Musical works are displayed through a program called Haraukustik; while contemporary performing arts are accommodated in a program called Harau Performing Arts (HarPa).

Abstract

In today's digital era, rapid technological advancements have significantly accelerated the growth of social media. One of the most popular platforms, especially among young people, is Instagram. The live streaming feature on social media platforms like Instagram plays a crucial role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. Through live streaming, businesses can offer attractive promotions such as exclusive discounts available only during the live session, creating a sense of urgency for consumers to make immediate purchases. This feature also allows products to be showcased in real-time and facilitates direct interaction between sellers and potential buyers, which can ultimately increase interest in making a purchase. In addition to direct engagement, the availability of discounts also serves as a strong appeal that encourages consumers to watch and buy during the live session. Abstrak. Di era digital saat ini, kemajuan teknologi yang pesat telah memicu pertumbuhan media sosial secara drastis. Salah satu platform yang sangat populer, terutama di kalangan anak muda, adalah Instagram. Fitur siaran langsung (live streaming) pada platform media sosial seperti Instagram memungkinkan pengguna untuk menyiarkan video secara real-time kepada audiens mereka memainkan peran penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Melalui live streaming, pelaku usaha dapat memberikan promosi menarik seperti diskon eksklusif yang hanya tersedia selama sesi berlangsung, sehingga menciptakan urgensi bagi konsumen untuk segera membeli. Tayangan langsung ini juga memperlihatkan produk secara real-time serta memungkinkan komunikasi langsung antara penjual dan calon pembeli, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan minat untuk membeli. Selain interaksi langsung, adanya potongan harga juga menjadi daya tarik tersendiri yang membuat konsumen lebih tertarik untuk menonton dan melakukan pembelian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifitas desain logo terhadap pembentukan citra merek pada eF 'd Ka-fe Universitas Fort De Kock (UFDK). Logo eF 'd Ka-fe dirancang dengan elemen kreatif yang mencerminkan dua aspek utama kegiatan, yaitu memasak dan membaca, yang mewakili keterampilan kuliner dan kewirausahaan yang diajarkan di program studi Pariwisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, yang melibatkan 100 responden terdiri dari mahasiswa dan masyarakat sekitar. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan terkait dengan desain logo dan citra merek yang ditampilkan oleh logo tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain logo eF 'd Ka-fe secara efektif mampu mendukung pembentukan citra merek yang positif. Logo yang sederhana, mudah dikenali, dan sesuai dengan jenis usaha, terbukti memperkuat kesan profesionalisme dan kredibilitas merek. Temuan ini mengkonfirmasi bahwa logo yang efektif tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai identitas visual, tetapi juga memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan citra merek secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan strategi branding untuk usaha yang berbasis pada pendidikan dan kewirausahaan di lingkungan kampus.

Abstract

Jackfruit is generally used as a vegetable in almost all Indonesian kitchens. Processing also uses a lot of liquids such as water and coconut milk to process it. One of the foods tested in this study was cubadak shell, using liquid oil to process it and using a different method from processed jackfruit in general. This study aims to find out how to make cubadak batokok and to find out the response of the people of Sungai Batang, Agam Regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The number of informants was 30 people. Data obtained by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. This research was conducted by making organoleptic test samples with results > 50% of the informants liked Cubadak shells. From the results obtained, it can be interpreted that the people of Nagari Sungai Batang like processed coconut shells and have good opportunities to develop them. Abstract

This research explores the influence of promotional content variables, tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty. The collection technique uses nonprobability sampling with incidental sampling. This research involved 300 tourists who visited Mentawai Tourism, then analyzed using the SEM method. The research results show that there is a direct influence between the content promotion variable on tourist satisfaction and tourist loyalty as well as an indirect influence between content promotion on tourist loyalty through the tourist satisfaction variable..
