Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Incentive Programs on Employee Productivity through Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees of MyRepublic Surabaya Branch. The population consisted of employees of MyRepublic Surabaya Branch, with a sample of 40 respondents selected for the study. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The analysis included t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination, and Sobel test to examine the mediating effect. The results indicate that Incentive Programs have a significant effect on Employee Productivity, with a significance level of 0.030, although the relationship is negative. However, Incentive Programs do not significantly affect Job Satisfaction, as indicated by a significance level of 0.854. Job Satisfaction also does not significantly affect Employee Productivity, with a significance level of 0.783. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between Incentive Programs and Employee Productivity, as shown by a significance level of 0.877. These findings indicate that incentive programs directly influence productivity but do not operate through job satisfaction.
