Abstract

This study is motivated by the lack of creative thinking skills of students in learning mathematics as well as one-way learning patterns from the teacher. The interview results confirmed that the creative thinking ability of students of SMA Negeri 1 Langke Rembong class XI MIPA is still relatively low. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to improve the creative thinking ability of students in class XI D SMA Negeri 1 Langke Rembong by applying the STAD type cooperative learning model and open-ended approach assisted by interactive video on trigonometric function material. The type of research used in this study is Classroom Action Research referring to the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model which is carried out in 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 4 stages, namely: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. The data collection techniques were observation, tests, and documentation while the data analysis was descriptive and qualitative. The results showed that the percentage of creative thinking ability of students in the innovative category of 7.14% in cycle 1 increased to 70.37% in cycle 2 of the 27 students' test results analyzed. The application of this learning approach and media learning model also increased the student activity score from 83.5 in cycle I to 100 in cycle II and the teacher activity score increased from 95 to 100 in cycle II. Thus, the application of the STAD-type cooperative learning model with an ended approach assisted by interactive video can improve the creative thinking ability of students of class XI D SMA Negeri 1 Langke Rembong on trigonometric function material.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of class XI Science at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah Soe on algebraic function derivatives. The aim of this research is to describe the application of the discovery learning model assisted by animated videos to improve the learning outcomes of class The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK), with qualitative and quantitative data types. Data collection techniques in this research were through observation, tests and questionnaires, with the instruments used namely teacher and student observation sheets, test questions and student response questionnaires. Implementation of this Classroom Action Research has 4 stages, namely 1) Planning; 2) Implementation of action (action); 3) Observation; 4) Reflection. The research results showed that the percentage of completeness of students' classical learning outcomes at the end of cycle I reached 50%, increasing to 90% at the end of cycle II and was in very good criteria. The implementation of teacher teaching activity score data at the end of cycle I reached 95.18%, increasing to 96.93% at the end of cycle II and was in very good criteria. In addition, the implementation of student learning activity score data at the end of cycle I reached 91.25% and also increased to 95% at the end of cycle II and was in the very good criteria.

Abstract

The Implementation of the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) Model to Improve Mathematics Learning Outcomes on Fraction Material The research problem is: How can the implementation of the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) learning model improve learning outcomes in fraction material for fifth-grade students at UPTD SD Inpres Bakunase 2 The aim of the study is to improve students' learning outcomes in fraction material by using the PBL (Problem-Based Learning) model for fifth-grade students at UPTD SD Inpres Bakunase 2.The research subjects consisted of 14 students, including 6 male and 8 female students.  The research method used was qualitative descriptive in the form of classroom action research (CAR), with data collection techniques including observation, tests, and document studies. The collected data were processed and further analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study in Cycle I showed that out of 14 research subjects, only 6 students (42.85%) achieved mastery, while the remaining 8 students (57.14%) did not meet the criteria. This was due to the teacher's lack of guidance during group tasks, students' low conceptual understanding of the material, and students not paying attention to the teacher's explanation when using teaching aids.In Cycle II, there was an improvement, as evidenced by 12 out of 14 students (85.7%) achieving mastery. This increase was due to the teacher's better classroom management and individual guidance during group tasks, improved student understanding of the material, and an increase in students' motivation to participate in learning and pay attention to the teacher's explanations

Abstract

This study aims to develop a mathematical learning media based on Android using articulate storyline 3 on the material integral algebra class XI SMA Negeri 3 Kupang valid, practical, and effective named ITTFA (Integral indeterminate algebraic functions). The research method used is research development using ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely Analysis (analysis), Design (design), Development (development), Implementation (implementation), and evaluation (evaluation). Data collection was obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The results showed that the developed media has met the eligibility criteria of the media, which is valid, practical, and effective. RTV media by 3 media experts and material of 4.50 with the category “valid”. RTP media by teachers is 4.83 with the category of “practical”, RTP media by students on a small scale is 4.67 and students on a large scale is 4.36 with the category of “practical”. The percentage of completeness of post test results of students in small-scale trials was 80% with the category “effective” and large-scale trials were 77% with the category “effective”. Thus, ittfa media is suitable for use in the learning process at school.

Abstract

The objective of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) is to assist elementary school teachers in creating innovative technology-based learning media using Assemblr Edu and Quizizz. The PKM was conducted at SDK Don Bosko 4 in Kupang City with 30 participants, who were teachers from SDK Don Bosko 3 and SDK Don Bosko 4 in Kupang City. The methods used in this activity include lectures, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, demonstrations, and practical exercises. The first module provided was training on 3D and Augmented Reality-based educational media using Assembler Edu. The second material covered was training on evaluation media using Quizizz paper mode. At the end of the PKM activity, 73.33% of participants were able to create 3D/AR-based learning media or Quizizz paper mode, 26.67% of participants could only create 3D/AR-based learning media, and no participants were unable to complete either or both types of learning media. These results indicate that the PKM activity was conducted successfully.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini bagi masyarakat adalah untuk membantu para guru sekolah dasar di Malaka dalam menggunakan alat peraga sederhana khususnya pada pembelajaran matematika. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, demonstrasi, dan praktek kerja. Adapun materi yang disampaikan adalah peran alat peraga dalam proses pembelajaran dan jenis-jenis alat peraga sederhana yang dapat digunakan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, demonstrasi penggunaan alat peraga sederhana dalam mengajarkan konsep matematika, dan demonstrasi penggunaan alat peraga sederhana oleh peserta. Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan pada 10 Juni 2025 di SDK Hatimuk yang diikuti oleh 13 guru dari SDK Hatimuk dan 12 guru dari SDI Kleseleon. Hasilnya adalah guru mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman baru dalam menggunakan alat peraga sederhana pada pembelajaran matematika. Guru juga antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan pelatihan dan berkomitmen untuk menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam pembelajaran matematika di kelas. Hasil survey juga menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa puas terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan ini. Mereka berharap pelatihan seperti ini dapat dilakukan secara berkala, sekali atau dua kali dalam setahun dengan jenis alat peraga atau konten materi yang berbeda.

Abstract

PKM activities for the community aim to help elementary school teachers develop culture and technology-based learning media as part of learning innovation. This PKM activity is a continuation of the PKM activities in 2024. The background for holding this PKM is that teachers can create culture-based mathematics learning media. However, the appearance of the learning media is still not attractive, so they need to be trained to develop culture-based learning media integrated with technology. The methods used in this activity are lecture, discussion, question and answer, demonstration, and practice. Participants in the activity were teachers at SD Inpres Adobala and SD Inpres Pepakkelu. Face-to-face PKM activities were conducted for 2 days at SD Inpres Adobala and 2 days online using the WhatsApp Group. PKM went well, and the evaluation results showed that 100% of teachers were able to develop learning media, LKPD, and evaluation media based on culture and technologyy.
