Abstract

In the era of globalization, business competition is becoming increasingly fierce across various sectors, including industry, trade, and services. An increasingly open economy requires all companies to be able to adapt and compete. Under these conditions, the success of an organization depends heavily on the performance of its employees. This study examines the influence of servant leadership, organizational commitment, and workload on employee performance at PT Bali Raya Artha Nusa Sedana in Badung. All 50 employees of the company were selected as the sample using a saturated sampling approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression based on SPSS 25. The findings indicate that servant leadership has a positive contribution to employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance at PT Bali Raya Artha Nusa Sedana in Badung, and workload has a negative effect on employee performance at PT Bali Raya Artha Nusa Sedana in Badung. Future researchers should consider these findings by adding or modifying variables that may influence employee performance.
