Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kesenjangan hasil penelitian terdahulu (research gap) dan perbedaan fokus bahasan tentang lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, terdapat pula permasalahan penelitian (research problem) yaitu belum tercapainya target kredit pada tahun 2023 dan dapat dilihat juga target tersebut mengalami fluktuatif di setiap bulannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung dengan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 47 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Seluruh data yang diperoleh dari distribusi kuisoner layak digunakan, selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung, sehingga semakin baik lingkungan kerja pada Perusahaan, maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung, sehingga semakin meningkat disiplin kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung, sehingga semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Konsumen Kumbasari Badung.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  In doing a good marketing effort to attract consumer purchasing decisions is to pay attention to personal branding, social media marketing and word of mouth. With the increasing number of purchasing decisions, especially those aimed at E-Commerce Shopee consumers, this study aims to find out the relationship between personal branding, social media marketing and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This study involved 130 respondents. There are three hypotheses put forward for in-depth analysis. There are differences in previous studies, the results state that there is a relationship between personal branding, social media marketing and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. This research provides a number of implications, limitations and directions for further research. Keywords: personal branding; social media marketing; word of mouth; buying decision  ABSTRAK Dalam melakukan usaha pemasaran yang baik untuk menarik buying decision konsumen adalah dengan cara memperhatikan personal branding, social media marketing dan word of mouth. Dengan semakin meningkatnya buying decision terutama yang ditujukan pada konsumen E-Commerce Shopee, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu hubungan personal branding, social media marketing dan word of mouth terhadap buying decision. Penelitian ini melibatkan 130 responden. Ada tiga hipotesis yang dikemukakan untuk dianalisis secara mendalam. Terdapat perbedaan pada studi sebelumnya, hasil menyatakan bahwa adanya hubungan antara personal branding, social media marketing dan word of mouth terhadap buying decision. Dalam penelitian ini memberikan sejumlah implikasi, batasan dan arahan untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Kata kunci: personal branding; social media marketing; word of mouth; buying decision

Abstract

Environmental conditions are influenced by the behavior of the community itself. In this transparent era public awareness as a consumer is very important. Green awareness is needed as a consideration for making purchasing decisions. Consumers must be careful in choosing products to consume. Production of green products requires efforts that make product prices higher than green products on the other hand high prices usually make it difficult for consumers to make purchasing decisions on that product. Companies must inform people of product specifications about the products they produce are green products. This research was conducted in well known tourist city in Indonesia, Denpasar, Bali by taking the subject of teenagers in Denpasar. using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 108 respondents. The results showed that environmental awareness has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions. Green product awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. price awareness has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions and brand image awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng, sehingga semakin efektif komunikasi yang terjalin di perusahaan, maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng, sehingga semakin meningkat motivasi kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng (3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng, sehingga semakin kondusif lingkungan kerja karyawan, maka semakin meningkat kinerja karyawan pada Catering Service Ny. Warti Buleleng.   This research was conducted based on the gaps found in previous studies (research gap) and the different focuses of discussion on communication, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of communication, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service with a sample of 66 respondents selected using saturated sampling technique. All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution were deemed suitable for use and were then analyzed using multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and t-test. The results show that (1) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service, so that the more effective the communication within the company, the higher the employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service, so that the higher the employee work motivation, the higher the employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service, so that the more conducive the employee work environment, the higher the employee performance at Ny. Warti Buleleng Catering Service.

Abstract

The tourism industry in Bali is currently experiencing improvement after experiencing hibernation during the pandemic. This situation will certainly have an impact on all supporting businesses, including hotels in general and employees in particular. This research aims to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction. Survey data was collected from 264 four-star hotel employees in Bali. Then the data was analyzed using Smart PLS 3.2.9. The findings of this research show that transformational leadership has no effect on job satisfaction, but has a significant effect on organizational culture and work motivation. Furthermore, organizational culture and work motivation act as mediators of the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Thus, organizational culture and work motivation play an important role in maintaining and increasing job satisfaction. In addition to showing direct influence, they also act as mediators.
