Abstract

Employee loyalty is important for organizational continuity because it reflects employees' willingness to remain, contribute, and maintain commitment to the organization. PT Ameritindo Cerah Terpadu experienced an upward turnover trend, with the rate reaching 10.71% in 2024, alongside employee concerns regarding work-life balance, career development, and compensation. This study examines the effects of work-life balance, career development, and compensation on employee loyalty. A quantitative survey was conducted among all 56 permanent employees using saturated sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation, F-test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results show that work-life balance, career development, and compensation each have positive but statistically insignificant partial effects on employee loyalty. However, the three variables jointly have a significant effect (F = 10.977; p < 0.001), with an adjusted R² of 0.379. The findings indicate that employee loyalty is better understood as the outcome of an integrated set of employment practices rather than a single isolated factor.
