Abstract

A leader must be able to mix and govern current production components in order for the company to continue to exist. Because the firm's survival depends on employees who function as the driving force and carry out corporate tasks, a successful leader is one who understands his subordinates' wants and desires. The purpose of this study is to see how leadership affects employee morale at PT. Aditya Sinar Pratama Klungkung. Spearman rank correlation analysis, determination, and the t test were utilized as analytical techniques. The correlation r = 0.766, which is between 0.600 and 0.799, indicates that there is a positive correlation and a significant association between leadership and employee morale, implying that as leadership improves, so does employee morale, and vice versa. The coefficient of determination derived from the analysis of determination was 58.60 percent, indicating that leadership influenced employee morale by 58.60 percent, while the remaining 41.40 percent was influenced by other factors not investigated. The t-test calculation yielded t-count = 8.596, which indicates that t-count is higher than t-table. According to the test criteria, H0 is rejected whereas Hi is approved, indicating that leadership has an impact on employee morale, as evidenced by the significant value of 0.00 from a = 0.05.

Abstract

Stock prices have long been a fascinating topic for researchers, especially in the financial industry, in this digital era. Stock price fluctuations are caused by a variety of variables, one of which is corporate dividend distribution. Dividends are not only a source of income for investors, but they also serve as a barometer of a company's performance. Companies with a bigger market capitalization are better equipped to pay dividends than companies with a smaller market capitalization, hence this will affect the stock price. With firm size as the moderating variable, the point of this study is to re-examine and affirm the impact of dividend policy on stock prices. In this study, the population is manufacturing enterprises that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020. The sample was determined using a non-probability method and purposive sampling technique, and a total of 72 companies were collected. Path analysis is the analytical technique utilized. The findings of this study show that dividend policy has a positive impact on stock prices, and that firm size has no effect on dividend policy's impact on stock prices. Keywords: dividend policy, stock price, firm size, manufacturing company.

Abstract

The economic stability of a country is a criterion for long-term economic development. However, economic stability is a long-standing issue, particularly in developing countries. Almost all countries, both developed and developing, are struggling with economic growth and stability. The purpose of this research is to explain and re-examine the relationship between the money supply, the rupiah exchange rate, and fuel prices and the inflation rate. In this study, secondary data was used, and data was collected using time series data from 2012 to 2021. Multiple linear regression analysis, multiple coefficients of determination (R2), partial hypothesis test (t test), and simultaneous hypothesis test (F test) were used in this study and were tested using SPSS Version 22.0. The three dependent variables, namely the money supply, the rupiah exchange rate, and the price of gasoline, are said to have a positive influence on the inflation rate, either partially or concurrently, based on the test results.

Abstract

Introducing leadership into any organization involves the careful structuring of its mechanisms and functions. It is widely acknowledged that when a leader possesses a strategic position and a set of crucial skills, they have the potential to enhance or even transform the company. The objective of this research is to confirm and reevaluate the role of work motivation in moderating the relationship between leadership and employee morale. This study employs nonprobability sampling with a saturation sampling technique to determine the sample size, encompassing a total of 42 individuals from the entire population. Path analysis is utilized to test the hypotheses using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through SmartPLS software version 3.2.9. The research findings conclusively establish that leadership has a significant impact on employee morale, while the role of motivation does not appear to strengthen or weaken the relationship between leadership and employee morale.

Abstract

Performance encompasses the comprehensive outcomes or accomplishments demonstrated by an individual in fulfilling their responsibilities during a specific timeframe, encompassing multiple outcomes such as work achievements, target accomplishments, established goals, or jointly determined performance benchmarks. One of the objectives of this study was to determine how lecturer performance and corporate culture relate to each other, with the inclusion of commitment from the organization as a mediator variable. For the purpose of this study, quantitative research methods and primary data were gathered from 61 different instructors, specifically utilizing route analysis with the SmartPLS software version 4.0.9.9. The selection of relevant samples was done using the purposive sampling method. The results suggest that the corporate culture has a large and beneficial impact on substantially increasing lecturers' commitment to the organization and improving their performance. Nevertheless, the end outcome indicates that commitment from the organization does not have an effect directly on lecturer performance, and it makes no attempt to mediate between corporate culture and lecturer performance. It demonstrates that although the culture of a business has a direct impact on the performance of lecturers, the significance of its influence through corporate commitment is minimal. The findings of this research make a contribution to the ongoing discussion regarding the significance of robust religious groups and the commitments that these organizations have made in order to enhance the quality of academic work that is produced within the context of a university setting. These findings offer valuable insights for organizational management in comprehending the intricate aspects that impact lecturer performance, emphasizing the necessity of adopting a comprehensive approach to cultivate a supportive and efficient workplace culture.
