Cassava is one of the strategic agricultural commodities in Lampung Province, including North Lampung Regency, which has considerable potential for the development of Modified Cassava Flour (mocaf) as a local functional food. However, the development of mocaf is not only determined by production capacity but also by consumer acceptance, particularly at the household level. This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing household mothers’ acceptance of mocaf flour in North Lampung Regency. The study was conducted from June to September 2026 using a quantitative descriptive approach and survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires from 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The variables analyzed consisted of knowledge and information, product quality, price, availability and accessibility, and perceived benefits. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression after validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests. The results showed that the regression model explained 66.4% of the variation in household mothers’ acceptance of mocaf flour. Simultaneously, the independent variables significantly affected acceptance. Partially, knowledge and information, price, and perceived benefits had a significant positive effect on acceptance at the 99% confidence level, with regression coefficients of 0.246, 0.264, and 0.545, respectively. Product quality and availability and accessibility did not have a significant effect. Perceived benefits had the largest regression coefficient, indicating its important role in increasing acceptance. These findings suggest that mocaf development should be supported by strengthening consumer knowledge, maintaining affordable and appropriate pricing, and communicating the benefits and added value of mocaf as a local food product.
