<![CDATA[Administrative services and the dissemination of information in Aek Songsongan Village, Aek Songsongan Subdistrict, Asahan Regency, still require improvement to ensure that they can be delivered more quickly, effectively, and easily accessed by the community. This community service activity aims to develop an official village website as a means of digitalizing administrative services as well as a medium for disseminating information to the public. The implementation method includes coordination with the Village Head and village officials, as well as the collection of village profile and population data. The developed website provides several features, including the village profile, information about village officials, news and activities, the potential of micro, small, and medium enterprises and tourism, complaint services, village contact information, and online administrative letter applications. The results of the activity indicate that the website can assist village officials in managing and delivering information in a more structured, timely, and transparent manner. The community also gains easier access to information and can submit administrative letter applications without always having to visit the village office directly. The development of this official village website is expected to support the implementation of digital-based village governance and improve the effectiveness, transparency, and quality of public services in Aek Songsongan Village.]]>
