The research focuses on the implementation of the Daurah program, its effectiveness in achieving students' memorization targets, and the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a field research design. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the Tahfidz coordinator, Tahfidz teachers, and students participating in the Daurah program. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured through source triangulation and technique triangulation. The findings indicate that the Tahfidz Daurah program at SD Swasta IT Tahfizhul Quran Miftahul Jannah Medan is systematically implemented through muraja'ah (review), talaqqi (direct recitation with the teacher), tasmi' (memorization submission), and daily evaluations. The program is considered effective in helping students achieve their memorization targets, as evidenced by improvements in the quantity of memorized verses, fluency in recitation, and students' discipline in memorizing the Qur'an. Supporting factors include intensive learning methods, teacher motivation, a conducive school environment, and parental support. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include differences in students' abilities, inconsistent muraja'ah at home, and students' psychological conditions, particularly boredom. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the Tahfidz Daurah program plays an effective role in improving students' achievement of Qur'anic memorization targets at SD Swasta IT Tahfizhul Quran Miftahul Jannah Medan.
