<![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of work motivation, work communication, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the Taman Mataru Village Health Center, Mataru District, Alor Regency. With a total of 44 respondents. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis with the t test and f test as a tool to test the research hypothesis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on the variables of work motivation, work communication, work discipline and work environment on employee performance. This is proven by the variable value, for the work motivation variable the significant value is 0.000, where this value is smaller than the alpha value, namely 0.05 or 5%, thus the research results do not accept Ha1, for the work communication variable the significant value is more than 0.000. smaller than the alpha value of 0.005 or 5%, so the research results do not accept Ha2, for the work discipline variable with a cognitive value of 0.000 it is smaller than the alpha value of 0.005 or 5% so that this research does not accept Ha3, for the work environment variable with a significant value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.005 or 5%, thus this research does not accept Ha4.
