Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyaakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pembudidaya rumput laut Di Desa Allumang, terhadap Penggunaan Kontrusksi Sistem Patok pada metode dasar (bottom method) dengan jarak antar patok 50cm, hal ini dimaksudkan mengurangi kompetisi antar bibit rumput laut terhadap sumberdaya (nutrisi) sehingga memperoleh thallus rumput laut dengan diameter besar untuk meningkatkan produksi keragenan, sehingga memenuhi selera pasar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan antara lain: (1) Tahap Persiapan; (2) tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan; (3) tahap evaluasi. Pelakasanaan kegiatan penyuluhan ini dikatakan berhasil secara signifikan yaitu 100% oleh karena secara psikologis terlihat adanya perubahan pola pikir pembudidaya terkait teknik budidaya yang tidak semata-mata sesuai kebiasaan meningkatkan volume hasil panen, tetapi juga harus berkorelasi dengan kualitas rumput laut yang dihasilkan. Selanjutnya untuk lebih meyakinkan pemahaman pembudidaya rumput laut dilakukan kegiatan demonstrasi menancapkan tiang patok sesuai jarak yang dianjurkan dilokasi budidaya. Hasil pelaksanan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini secara signifikan memberikan dampak positif, karena secara mayoritas pembudidaya rumput laut melakukan praktek pembudidayaan sesuai dengan yang di anjurkan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Participatory Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Performance. The research was conducted on 334 members of the Alor Resort Police. Based on the results of the study, the results of simple linear regression showed that. Partially, work motivation has a significant value of 0.025, this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant effect of the motivation variable on performance. Partially, work discipline has a significant value of 0.004 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant effect of the work discipline variable on performance. Partially participatory leadership has a significant value of 0.018 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant influence of the participatory leadership variable. Partially organizational culture has a significant value of 0.039, where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05, thus there is a significant influence of organizational culture variables on performance. Simultaneously the variables of work motivation, work discipline, participatory leadership, and organizational culture have a significant value of 0.000 where this value is smaller than the alpha value of 0.05 so that the variables of work motivation, work discipline, participatory leadership, and organizational culture have a significant effect on performance

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the customer's perception that his expectations have been met, optimal results are obtained for each customer and the service of the Cooperative by taking into account the abilities of customers and their families, paying attention to customer needs so that the best continuity is between satisfaction and results. This study was conducted on 40 customers with the aim of this study being to determine the effect of physical evidence (tangible), reliability (reliability), assurance (assurance), responsiveness (responsiveness), empathy (empathy) on customer satisfaction Lego Savings and Loans Cooperatives. Lego Kalabahi, Alor Regency. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Data analysis used t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of the study show that partially the variables consisting of variables (tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously the variables consisting of tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness and empathy together all variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction of the Simapan Pinajm cooperative in the Kalabah Savings and Loan Cooperative, Teluk Mutiara District, Alor Regency

Abstract

Performance is an achievement or level of success achieved by a person (individual) or an organization in carrying out work in a certain period. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Kabola District office, Alor Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies while data analysis is significant with the t-test and F-test. The results of this study indicate that: Partially the work motivation variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of the t-test of 0.032. Partially the Work Discipline Variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of the t-test of 0.034. Partially, the Work Environment Variable has no significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of the t-test of 0.220. Simultaneously the variables Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), and Work Environment (X3) have a significant effect on employee performance variables (Y) with a significance value of the F test of 0.000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics, work discipline, and job satisfaction on work ethic. The analytical method used is a multiple linear regression analysis technique with t-test and simultaneous test or F-test results of the research partially and simultaneously obtained a significance value of individual characteristic variables of 0.026, work discipline of 0.005, job satisfaction of 0.007, and simultaneously a significance value the result of the F test is 0.000, testing the hypothesis proposed in this study is as follows: There is an influence of Individual Characteristics on work ethic, work discipline on work ethic and Job Satisfaction on Work Ethics of employees of the Central Bureau of Statistics of Alor Regency.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction is a person's feeling of pleasure or disappointment that arises from comparing the perceived performance of a product or result against their expectations, if the performance matches their expectations, the customer will be satisfied and will be a customer for a long time. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Wong Jowo Kalabahi Restaurant, Alor Regency with a sample of 36 people. Collecting data using a questionnaire technique, interview observation, and literature study. Methods of data analysis use validity tests, reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis while hypothesis testing is carried out using the t-test and F-test. The results showed that partial service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction as indicated by the t-test significance value of 0.006. Partially, the price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction as indicated by the t-test significance value of 0.023. Partially, location has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of the t-test of 0.002, and simultaneously service quality, price, and location have a significant effect on customer satisfaction as indicated by a significance value of the F test of 0.000

Abstract

Performance is the result of work achieved by an employee or employees in carrying out their duties following the responsibilities given to them. Factors that influence performance in this study include work motivation, participatory leadership, and organizational culture. This study aims to determine: the effect of work motivation, participatory leadership, and organizational culture on employee performance at the Alor Regency Trade Office where there are still some problems in carrying out their duties and responsibilities they have not achieved maximum goals. In this study, researchers used several previous studies that had been carried out by other people with the same variables and several indicators proposed by experts. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study was 35 employees at the Alor District Trade Office. Instrument trials were carried out with validity and reliability tests and several classical assumption tests were used, namely normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and linearity. Meanwhile, to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable, multiple linear regression analysis was used, using the t-test to determine the effect part and the F-test to determine the effect simultaneously. Data was taken by distributing questionnaires to employees at the Alor District Trade Office. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.00. From the processed results of the questionnaire data, it is said to be valid because the person correlation value per statement item for each variable is more than the validity limit, which is 0.3, and is declared reliable. After all, Cronbach's alpha value for each variable is more than the reliability limit, which is 0.6. The research data passed the classical assumption test because they were normally distributed, there was no heteroscedasticity, there were no symptoms of multicollinearity and there was a linear relationship with the value of each test being greater than the alpha value of 0.5. Based on the research results obtained, it was concluded that the variables of work motivation, participative leadership, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the significance value of the t-test or partial test on the work motivation variable of 0.001 or 0.1%, the significance value of the t-test on the participatory leadership variable is 0.012 or 1.2%, the significance of the t-test on the organizational culture variable is 0.019 or 1 .9% and simultaneously the variables of work motivation, participatory leadership, and organizational culture together have a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of the F test of 0.000 or 0.0%.

Abstract

Employee performance is an absolute requirement that must be met in order to achieve company goals. Improving employee performance must be carried out by all components within the company. But so far, in carrying out their duties, employees of the Alor Regency Tourism Office still need to pay attention to optimal performance so that it has an impact on achieving company goals. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors of democratic leadership and organizational culture. This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership and organizational culture on the performance of Alor Regency Tourism Office employees, either partially or simultaneously. The respondents of this research were 53 employees. Data collection using questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. From the results of the research and the conclusions of the research, the research team suggested to Respondents (employees of the Alor Regency Tourism Office) that employees are expected to be able to maintain the performance of employees who have been well organized to date, while continuing to improve themselves given the various changes in work situations during the pandemic as happening right now. Suggestions are also given to the Head of the Alor Regency Tourism Office, so that the leaders who have nurtured and built an organizational culture that has been well ingrained in this scope of work can be maintained and by continuing to provide enthusiasm, motivation and innovation for the development of much better employee performance and overall official performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, democratic leadership and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Alor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency, either partially or simultaneously. Respondents of this study were 106 employees. Data collection using questionnaires, observation, and documentation studies. The data is then analyzed using the t-test to determine the partial effect and the F-test to determine the simultaneous effect on performance with the results of the study being: 1) The variables of work discipline, democratic leadership, organizational culture and employee performance have a Pearson product moment correlation value which is above the limit of 0.3 for the validity test. 2) The variables of work discipline, democratic leadership, organizational culture and employee performance have a chronbah alpha value which is above the limit of 0.6 for the reliability test. 3) The variables of work discipline, democratic leadership, organizational culture and employee performance have a test value for each classic assumption test that is above alpha and passes the classic assumption test. 4)There is an influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Alor Regency, as evidenced by the significance value of the t test which is 0.000 which is smaller than the research alpha value of 5% (0.05) 5)There is an influence of Democratic Leadership on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Alor Regency, as evidenced by the significance value of the t test, which is 0.000, which is smaller than the research alpha value, which is 5% (0.05) 6)There is an influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Alor Regency, as evidenced by the significance value of the t test, which is 0.000, which is smaller than the alpha value of the study, which is 5% (0.05) 7)There is an influence of Work Discipline, Democratic Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency Office of Alor Regency, as evidenced by the significance value of the F test which is 0.000 which is smaller than the research alpha value of 5% (0.05) From the results of the research and research conclusions, the research team suggested to Respondents (employees of the Alor Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency) that employees are expected to be able to maintain the performance of employees who have been well organized to date, while continuing to improve themselves considering various changes in work situations during the pandemic as is currently the case. Abstract

Employee performance is the result of work achieved in carrying out the tasks assigned to employees at the Alor District Trade Office. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual characteristics, leadership style, work environtment and work culture on employee performance at the Alor District Trade Office. Either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative description. Samples were taken using saturated sampling technique. The samples in this study were 34 employees. Data collection tools used are observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis model used to answer the hipotesis is multiple analysis, t test, F test. The result of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously individual characteristics, leadership style, work environtment and work culture on employee performance at the Alor District Trade Office, the partially significance value of the individual characteristics variable is 0.002, leadership style variable is 0.002, the work environtment variable is is 0.003, the work culture variable is 0.005, and simultaneously the significance value of the F test is 0.000, the result of the t test and F test are smaller than alpha (0.05), so the hipotesis testing credited in this study is as follows: there is and influence of individual characteristics, leadership style, work environtment and work culture on employee performance at the Alor District Trade Office.
